This place is stunning both inside and out! It's a massive house with tons of space for all the kids to roam around. There's nothing quite like waking up to a breathtaking beach view every morning all from your bed. The outdoor space is just right for kicking back and taking it easy. Everything in this house is spacious, from the bathrooms to the kitchen and the even bedrooms! Everyone can enjoy their own space while still being together.

Absolutely loved my stay at Sue’s Place. It was everything I hoped for and more. If you're craving peace, quiet, and a break from the chaos of everyday life, this is the spot. The home is beautifully styled with thoughtful touches that make it feel warm and inviting the second you walk in. It's clear Sue takes pride in her space. One of the biggest highlights for me was the secure yard. Traveling with my furbabes, and knowing they are safe and happy is always my priority. They had plenty of room to explore while I got to relax without worry. Waking up each morning, grabbing a coffee, and sitting out on the front verandah watching the ocean waves roll in, having ducks visit and listening to the birds, well it was pure magic. You can actually feel your shoulders drop and your mind slow down. The view is stunning and the calm is unmatched. It’s more than just a place to stay it’s an experience. Peaceful, pet-friendly, and picturesque. I’ll definitely be back.

Christine and Brad were very responsive hosts. Their place was well equipped with what I needed for my stay and great laundry facilities too. The extra touches of the toiletries, coffee machine, pods and bottle of Prosecco were lovely. The place was well situated for walks on the beach, secure and private.

Beautiful air BnB , nice & quiet , very clean. 2 min walk to lamberts beach ,. Great host , very responsive and accommodating. I asked to check in a hour early and within 30mins responded that I could. Me & Children enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay again . Thank you ☺️

Christine and Brads units are in a lovely location and are very clean and check in is a very simple process. Would recommend for future stayers wanting accommodation in Mackay QLD.

As soon as i had my booking confirmed, Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly, helpful and responded almost immediately, regardless of the question. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Wish I was staying for pleasure, instead of work, would have loved to enjoy some quiet time on the front patio, taking in the views. But was fantastic to sleep with the window open after a long day at work, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and fresh sea air Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Thanks again for your hospitality Carol.

We really enjoyed our stay at Slade Point. Its' away from the hustle and bustle of Mackay but close enough to feel the convenience and to explore lots of coastals areas around Mackay. Pleaceful and relaxing location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Christine's and Brad's apartment!

Carol's beach house was a amazing stay, check in was easy, responsive, close to the park/local Cafe, everyone was also friendly. Most importantly the house had everything we needed, we brought things that we didn't need to bring. Also for women who read this Carol supplied female hygiene products in the bathroom just incase. I recommend this stay to anyone that is looking for a nice beach house stay.
