Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This AirBnB is located close to the heart of the VCU campus. It's location is walkable to grocery and food options. It is well decorated with plentiful seating. Bedrooms are spacious. We had plenty of kitchen supplies to make our own meal. Host was attentive and checking in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay - lots of room for all of my family, a clean and quiet space, and made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Richmond for us all. And Du & Heather were such wonderful hosts! Thank you again!

Mei was very helpful and responsive, it was a great place and we had a wonderful stay.

We booked a last minute spring break trip with 2 kids and a small dog. We loved how private the property was and the fenced in yard was more than enough space for our dog to run around. The location was great and we were able to visit the Richmond zoo, Maymont, and spend time with some local friends while having a calm retreat to get rest between activities. We arrived late at night and had no issues finding the property or getting inside despite it being a little ways off a main road. The next morning we were happily surprised to see some donkeys across the street at the neighbor’s property! We enjoyed breakfasts at Eat 33 (such friendly staff and delicious food!) and our favorite dinner was at El Zocalo Mexican Restaurant (a must visit!).

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our spring break trip. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We loved how many great restaurants, coffee shops, and amenities were just a short walk away. The kids especially enjoyed being able to walk to the movies and grab ice cream nearby—there was always something fun and convenient to do. Parking was incredibly easy, with a spot right in front of the house every time we returned. One of the biggest perks was how little we had to drive—the neighborhood is very walkable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great find. close to everything. Even tho my work trip got cut short this was a good place to stay while in the area.

The apartment was located right in downtown Richmond so it was very easy to walk around and explore the cute restaurants and shops! It was also very convenient to have a designated parking spot in the back. The co-host Nelda was very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. Just note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor so you will have to climb a few flight of stairs otherwise everything was as described!

This is my second time staying and I love this place. So easy and cozy and clean. I will be returning.

wonderful stay! booked it for Galaxy Con and it worked perfectly. walkable to both the convention center and a ton of restaurants. very comfy, far enough from downtown that it was quiet at night, and a lovely stay overall

We just fell in love with the historic Churchill neighborhood and Sue’s place is a wonderful place to stay. We brought our dog and Sue always left him a full water bowl and treats in the courtyard. The apartment is in a historic building and has both a beautiful courtyard and private balcony with the apartment. We loved walking around the neighborhood with our dog which had a park nearby which overlooks the river. Within walking distance are a coffee shop and many different restaurants and lunch places to choose from. We always had a parking spot right in front and drove around the city without any problems. We highly recommend Sue’s place!

This was our 4th time staying with Christian and Naomi at this location. It's a great location! Walkable to Stella's Grocery as well as a couple of coffee shops. We love the fact it's very close to the Floodwall to get in a long walk! In terms of the unit itself, I really can't say enough good things. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Blankets to cuddle up on the couch in to watch TV at night. The bed is comfortable, closet is roomy and it's great to have really good pillows! We're very familiar with Richmond at this point but I am always impressed with Naomi's recommendations. This time, she steered us toward saying hi to a manager at a local restaurant we were dining at (Blue Atlas - wow!! it's so good! make a reservation in advance). Hope to return soon. This is a bit of a homebase for us now!

Fantastic space in Richmond's Fan! We were in Richmond for a family wedding and wanted a homebase for relaxing, spending time visiting with family, and enjoying the restaurants in the Fan and Carytown. Catherine's garden level suite was perfect for all our needs. Beautiful backyard that welcomed us and we enjoyed sitting within for outdoor afternoon visits. Nearby delicious restaurants to indulge. The offstreet parking stall was an extra perk. The space was clean and inviting, exactly as photographed. Communication with Catherine was very responsive and always friendly. Definitely would recommend this space for those visiting Richmond area. We will book again! Thank you!

Really easy and nice spot - stayed for a quick trip passing through Richmond but would definitely stay again. Really cute neighborhood, nice apartment, super easy and accessible!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great place and great host. I stayed for two weeks and found everything I needed nearby and walkable, from restaurants to the Altria Center where I was performing. Very comfortable place and fast WiFi among other amenities. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I returned to Richmond.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

6 women that have known each other since we were 4 yrs old (we are all way over 65+ now) -- grew up together -- lost contact with some and then got back together and decided to go to a Broadway Musical at the Altria Theater to see "A Beautiful Noise" story about Neil Diamond's life -- in Richmond, VA and landed at Mei's place. We were thrilled that we were so close to walk everywhere - to the Theater - places to eat - convenient stores, and just being together for a couple days. Had a great time and will be sure to call Mei when we venture back to Richmond. Thanks for everything !!!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.
