I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and cozy. We were traveling with our toddler and they were very accommodating and brought us baby gates for the stairs. The labels on the doors and cabinets were also very helpful. They even had waters and snacks for us. The location is great and near lots of shops and restaurants. We were staying close to family nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

Great location, just minutes from Detroit. We had 7 people in town to go to a Tigers game and everyone slept comfortably while we were there. It was too cold for the pool while we were there, but everything else was exactly as described. We would definitely book with Emily again and are thinking about a return visit to this property in the summer.

Our group had a fabulous time. A very unique experience! We’d highly recommend it to anyone who’d like a beautiful and interesting place to say. It made our 60th birthday celebrations extra special. Lots of laughs and fun!

Good sized space. We particularly enjoyed the long dining room table, and had nice conversations in the living room. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to where our activities were planned, and met our needs very well. Thank you!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

The blue house was amazing! Daniel is an amazing host who’s willing to go the extra mile without even asking! He was very accommodating and the home and kitchen had everything that you needed!! I would 10/10 recommend his home again and even look forward to booking again! All the games and the beautiful backyard were great for the kids! Shay was an excellent host and I would definitely return for another visit. The place is really as it is right on the lake shore with a private beach. The house is excellent with all the required amenities for a quiet and peaceful weekend. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lake front holiday.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Louise is a great host! Very friendly and great communication. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and Louise called me to troubleshoot and then sent someone the next morning and had the issue fixed. The place is gorgeous, lots of "areas" to hang out and enjoy. Beds were SUPER comfy and the linens were crisp and clean. The place was super clean!! 15 minute walk to the lake which was nice. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a group!

It is pet friendly and, with an air mattress, suites four. Internet access was great, no mechanical issues with the house. If you want to see the holiday lights on Jefferson avenue, it's two minutes away. Detroit Institute of Arts is 48 minutes, Armada about 1.5 hours. Sunrise at the very large MI DNR lot was stunning.
