Great spot if I’m ever in Waco again, I will stay here!

The cabin and ranch were very nice and matched the description. We arrived after dark to check-in and it was a little difficult to find our exact cabin as there are several like it but they do have signs showing the cabin names outside each one. Once inside we found the cabin was comfortable and matched the listing. We had one problem the first night with getting hot water but that was fixed by the next morning. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. To note, the only seating options in the living room area are a couch/futon that can seat up to 3 and 2 bar stools and there are no tables or surfaces outside of the kitchen counters so finding places to set things can be difficult. There is a long road to get to the ranch that is paved but does have numerous dips and potholes. Finally, the stairs to the loft area are steep. The ranch does offer activities that can be booked directly through their website, we booked a couple and overall enjoyed the stay.

Loved our stay. Heritage coffee was so cute right next to the house and so close to town but we loved being just far enough outside the court. We slept in the twin beds and they were amazingly comfortable. Billy was extremely responsive and a great host.

Kelli is a great host. Clear instructions for check in/out. The cabin is super cute and close by for a family members wedding at Old Bethany. Would highly recommend!

My stay at Moon River Ranch was unforgettable! The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The safari ride was a unique and amazing experience – we got up close to wildlife with knowledgeable guides who made it even more special. The ATV rentals were another highlight, letting us explore the stunning property through well-maintained trails, offering breathtaking views at every turn. We enjoyed the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, making this place ideal for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We loved unwinding on the porch, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The combination of activities, luxury, and serene atmosphere truly made this a standout experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The cottage at Moon River was great, we enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful, we felt right at home. We walked around the property and saw so much wildlife. While we stayed we drove to Waco it was very nice, I’d recommend that you visit. Overall the place was great.

When i say everything was BEAUTIFUL. it felt so good to get away from the city for a weekend. I felt so free around the water and all the trees. I can’t wait to book again. You do have a neighbor but they left when we came. So we had everything to our selves. It was Amazing ! Thank you again for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay here with my two toddlers & husband! Everything was very clean and the couches were very comfy & beds as well. The host was very quick to answer questions & sweet as can be, we even booked another day! Very peaceful place to get away from the city! I definitely recommend.

Great stay. Liked the outside area very much. It was great to hang out there. The Airbnb was extremely clean.

Jimmie was a great host! He was very responsive and provided great instructions to the property. This stay was wonderful with plenty of amenities. Super clean home. Very peaceful environment. The hiking trails along the property was something unique and fun to do. The pond and land is very clean and we enjoyed fishing on the boat. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our experience and will be back!

What a great little escape. Host was proactive in reaching out, provided great instructions, and I imagine is very responsive, but everything was just as described and perfect so we had no need to contact Andrew. House was just as pictured and is a nice little home. Seems bigger inside and the windows offer a nice view and great lighting. The location was amazing with close access to the river and a lot of open green space to play in around the house. We spent our days at the river kayaking and talking to the occasional passerby. Just beautiful and peaceful. The water was a little low so we were able to put our camping chairs on part of the dry riverbed and sit and listen to the birds. At night we sat by the fire pit (smaller pit located in the front yard) and watched all the deer grazing on the other side of the yard. It was a great space and we spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the surroundings. Will be coming back to this nice little retreat.

If I could award additional stars to Cory's place I'd do it. One of the best equipped AirBnB's I've stayed in. Pleanty of bedding, comfortable furnishings, unbelievable wildlife viewing from the front porch looking out over a meadow with a feeder. Mostly though, it was the host family that made this so memorable. We had several requests to accomodate our family Thanksgiving, and everything we asked for seemed like was not a problem, was addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend everyone who wants a sublime weekend, or longer away from their stressful lives should go see Corey and her family. PS. Bring binoculars, and a camera, and a fishing pole. You'll be glad you did.

Beautiful cottage. Great peaceful stay in a quiet location. It was perfect for our one night stay with two young adult children. They stayed in the twin loft beds upstairs. Will be back again !

Kerry has not just listed a place to stay. They've created an experience. The cabin is just secluded enough to feel isolation but also close enough to town that traveling for a late night snack isn't a burden. Immediately upon arrival it was like a welcome party for my wife and I. Kerry was attentive to us and responded to any questions ASAP. 5 stars truly isn't enough but it's all I can give. Thanks again for the stay!

The house was great for the time I was out there; for work to build a crane next to the wind tower so it was a blessing to be so close to work… everything was clean and plenty of supplies to use and beautiful scenery… me and my wife felt right at home and some day wish to have something as beautiful and Wild West feeling home

This cabin was cozy and conveniently located to our event we were attending. Very clean so a plus in my book! Unfortunately We didn’t get a chance to venture out and explore we just needed a place to lay our heads and shower. Host is very responsive. All good things 😊

Jimmy and Andra’s lodge just outside Waco was awesome! It’s a well maintained, clean, rustic cottage with all the amenities needed for your trip. The owners go over and above providing a bottle of wine and venison jerky as well. The view of the farm was nice to sit on the back patio and enjoy. I would recommend this unique property to anyone visiting Waco. It’s a quick and easy drive into town.
