Mindy was hands down the best Air BnB host I’ve ever had. Kind, responsive, helpful and even let us check out late on Sunday! We loved the house and it had everything we needed. Such a peaceful property for a relaxing weekend away from all the noise and very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Came into town for our son’s fraternity Family Weekend and wanted to check out Lake Tuscaloosa. We felt right at home from our first steps in! Would highly recommend staying here! Quiet and not far from the hustle and bustle of T-town.

Great Airbnb for a group. We were in town for a Thanksgiving celebration coupled with the Iron Bowl. We had a fabulous time. We were able to comfortably have 10 of us in the house and cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner with the stocked kitchen. Playing games (that we brought) and hanging out around the big square table was a favorite of all. Of course the amazing views of the lake sunrises with mist on the water every morning was extra special. When we go back for another big game we will definitely reserve with Matt again!

The location was clean, quiet and a great host. Close to the University of Alabama.

Tanner’s house was perfect for our stay on Lake Tuscaloosa! The kitchen was stocked with anything needed to cook. The games inside and outside were a hit with my sons. Tanner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Pippi was a fabulous host and answered all our questions about the area and Bama game day parking. This beautifully remodeled home is on a pristine lake, 25 min from University of AL. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the modern amenities you could need. One of the highlights for us was waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views over the lake each morning – truly a sight to behold! The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with the serene lake providing a calming backdrop. However, when we were sitting outside on the deck we did notice some noise from the nearby bridge, as there is frequent traffic passing over it. While it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience, it’s something to be aware of if you’re particularly sensitive to noise. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay with stunning views and modern comforts.

The place is great! It matches the description/pictures. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean! It's private, scenic, and has beautiful views of Lake Tuscaloosa. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The host, Brooke, is also great. Very responsive and helpful! We will be visiting again!

My family and I had a great time here! I booked for a long weekend family getaway and everyone was very happy with our stay. The lake was beautiful and the entire outdoor area was so well kept and peaceful. Very easy to get out on the water with the kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed the fishing and actually caught several decent sized fish. Inside was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We definitely intend on staying here again next time we’re in Tuscaloosa and have passed the location along to friends and family as well!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter who is a student at University of Alabama. It had all the amenities of home so I was able to provide my daughter with home cooked meals during our stay. We could easily get on campus and to many other local attractions.

Wendy’s lake cabin was very well stocked with all the things we needed for a week at the lake. My family had a small Thanksgiving dinner at the lake house and I celebrated my 40th birthday. It was peaceful, relaxing, and great for reflecting on the lake. My dad got a little bit of fishing in off the dock which he enjoyed even though he didn’t catch anything (too cold?). Her place was a little tough to find at first but that’s because it’s so tucked away and peaceful on its little lake inlet. Thanks Wendy for your hospitality!

Ray and his wife are wonderful people, very friendly and helpful and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. All you have to do is ask and they will do more than what you need. The room was clean and tidy and had all what I needed. I needed a car to go around but that’s the way it is to get around Tuscaloosa since everything is spread around town. The neighborhood is safe and somewhat old but was quiet and easy to find with google maps. Plus, Ray went above and beyond and explained how to get to his place step by step! Totally recommended!

We stayed at Alan's place when we toured the University of Alabama. When traveling, there are two things that are must haves for us- clean and quiet. Alan's place was super clean, super quiet and a bonus- very well appointed. The towels are plentiful, the host very responsive, comfy beds, and about a 7 minute drive to the university. On our last day, the condo was really hot when we returned at the end of the day. I messaged Alan and he came right out and had someone there to take a look w/in hours. It turned out that there was a broken something that couldn't be repaired that day so Alan offered to let us stay for a discount or refund us to stay at a hotel-- which we really appreciated. If our daughter ends up at UA, we will without a doubt stay at Alan's place again!

We loved the place! Everything was as described and Jan was very responsive to my questions. We were only in the house for a few days but would love to come back sometime for a longer stay. I have zero complaints and recommend staying here when visiting the area.
