The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

Exactly as advertised and a great spot for a football weekend with the boys. Extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking purposes. Thanks Josh!

Anna was a fantastic hostess. Her home was beautiful and clean and the amenities were fantastic. It was an easy commute to the University of Alabama. We had a wonderful time.

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

We were in town for our son’s U or A graduation and this home worked great for us. It was close to campus and a reasonable price. I also really appreciated the snacks and other amenities provided. We realized when we got there we didn’t have enough toothpaste but there was a new tube for us to use which was great! I would rather be charged a few extra bucks to be provided with coffee and snacks especially when only there for a few days. This home was a great choice!

Great rental house and perfect for what our family needed. It was so nice to have everyone under one roof. The games in the garage were really fun and we loved the popcorn machine!! The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens clean and fresh. We loved the extra large bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. It was a quick drive to campus and restaurants/bars downtown. We would definitely recommend this rental house for future guests! Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a fun, family gathering and celebrating our daughter's graduation from The University of Alabama!! ROLL TIDE!!

Best home away from home! Very clean, quality linens, cozy environment, and all the essentials one would ever need. My pup and I loved staying here and spent most of our time in the private backyard. We will definitely come back! 5 stars all around

If you want your stay to feel like your home away from home this is your place!! It’s easy to get to anywhere in downtown Tuscaloosa and Northport!! We were in town for my son’s graduation and they left us a sweet note and a bottle of champagne!! We will definitely stay with them again! The absolute BEST host!!

The place is absolutely lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. Mike was an amazing host. We love meeting his dog and our dog enjoyed playing with him. It was nice to be able to sit around a big table and have meals together with my family. Our trip was there for a graduation for my daughter and it was the perfect place for all of us. Thank you!

Cute home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The entertainment room was fun - we enjoyed foosball, ping pong and tossing hoops. Comfortable beds and wonderful water pressure in the showers. Fun memories made while staying here!

Becky was amazing to work with. Our daughter was graduating from UA and she left us balloons, cupcakes and a very nice note. There was a basket full of snacks, too. A storm rolled through during our stay and they checked in and made sure we were good and asked if there was any damage they needed to clean up. Due to rain we were unable to use their amazing fire pit but they had fire wood ready. They also have a ton things in case you forgot something. toothbrushes, toothpaste and a bunch of other things. If we are in the area we would stay again.

Amy, the host, has thought of everything! The house is super clean, well organized and the story of the home makes you feel an instant connection. Amy’s response time to any questions was always stellar. Our son goes to the University of Alabama so we intend to be repeat customers!! The attention to detail Amy has given to this property is phenomenal!

We're regulars at this location around Christmas time. the house is always clean and ready for us and is a MUCH BETTER deal than hotel rooms for our bunch. We hope that we leave the house in as good of condition as we find it. AS always, thank you for the use of this house.

Loved our stay here. Excellent communication and location. House was clean and beds and bath were great. Beautiful backyard and loved having the use of the grill. The pool table was fun but the room is almost too narrow for a pool table. Our only issue was the lack of seating. We were only a party of 4 (2 couples) and there wasn’t really adequate seating in the living room for us to watch TV. We invited my daughter’s roommate to join us for Easter dinner making us a party of 5 and the table only seats 4 so we had to get creative on the 5th seat and used our cooler. I don’t know how a larger party that occupied all the beds would manage.

Home is comfortable, quiet, and completely renovated. Kitchen was more than adequate for meal prep. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Short drive to U of A campus and downtown Tuscaloosa. Hosts are helpful and responsive. This is a great place to stay.

We felt right at home. It was extremely clean (ran into the owner of Maid OCD LLC and would so hire her if she was in my home town). Loved the back patio with TV absolutely great! Very spacious and well lit. There wasn't a garage door opener and the garage door wouldn't stay closed unless we held the button. Lastly, there is a life sized zebra in the kitchen. It is startling! So be mindful it's there. We will certainly rent this home again. Please remove the zebra though. Great host and will always seek to rent from this host. Very easy and simple stay each time.
