Escape to this charming 2 bed, 1 bath nestled on the shores of Lake Tillery. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances. The living area is perfect for relaxing & taking in the views of the lake. The screened porch is ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Outside is the fire pit & outdoor eating area, with gas grill. The boat dock provides easy access to the lake. Entire home includes a lower level bedroom/bath/kitchenette/lounge with w&d suite with exterior entrance. * Distinct areas are NOT booked separately to different guests. Security cameras: 1 on drive, 1 on dock. 2 pet max, $125 per pet, no cats. 2 night minimum.

There are no cameras in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Fifteen minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, and Uwharrie recreational area. 8 miles to Dennis Vineyards. Asheboro Zoo is one hour. Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Airbnb cannot add the correct pet fee; we will request it after booking.
