Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Less than a mile from the heart of Oak Bluffs and Circuit Ave., where you'll find all the famous restaurants, harbor & night life. A half mile from Eastville Beach (fabulous sunsets). Take a morning stroll around "the chop"-East Chop & walk or run a 5K. Less than 2.5 miles from Farm Neck Golf Club- & 2.5 miles to State Beach. It has a well equipped kitchen, laundry, outside shower, & back yard!

Enjoy a beautiful space on a quiet road exactly 1 mile from Vineyard Haven town center. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a large deck, yard, outdoor shower & Weber grill. Owen Little public beach is a 3 minute walk. Our home is also available to rent on a monthly basis. Please note that there is an apartment on the first floor with full time renters. The only shared space is the driveway.
