This house on Lake Sutherland is perfectly positioned on the sunny side of the lake. The deck is expansive and the lake is great for swimming right off both docks on the property. There is an impressive array of toys available for playing on the water. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bbq is functional and convenient. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay, and would definitely return.

The entire time at this lake house, all we could talk about was how we might be able to get our own place up here so we could come back again and again. It was paradise! And after staying on both ends of the park, this location (Lake Sutherland) was unbeatable. We woke up to the most majestic views of the lake through giant windows with low clouds hugging the trees in the mountains behind. It was an easy 20m to Port Angeles (which is the CUTEST town), right next to lake crescent, and tons of rainforest hikes (sol duc falls, ancient grove, and Marymere falls were our favorites). And only an hour and change to the beaches, there’s really no need to stay anywhere else to access the best of the park. The house was well set up for renters, with labels on everything, plenty of dishes and towels, tide pods, tea and coffee, even stuffed animals on the bunk beds! Kids loved the Pac-Man machine and we loved having a cup of tea by that giant window. Couldn’t ask for more!

This AirBnb exceeded our expectations. The decor and attention to detail is amazing. We loved the bear decorations and local Sequim decor. It truly is a “Bearadise”. The place was super clean and the views and outdoor spaces were amazing. It is also very well equipped with everything you need and more in an AirBnb. We were very happy with our stay and definitely plan to return!

Great location with everything you could need including snacks, towels, kayaks, firewood, and a fully stocked kitchen. The hosts were really responsive and helpful as well, making the whole process really easy.

We had a great Christmas at Ron’s place. They had it clean, decorated, and ready for our arrival with more amenities than we even needed. The house was so comfortable. Our family of 6 slept well. We loved the ducks off the lake and spending our afternoon/evenings in the well maintained hot tub. We did a few days trips to close by hiking attractions and town was close enough to run and grab extra groceries. Overall such a great experience!! We plan to come back in the summer and would recommend this house to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay for our girl’s trip. Everything was very well stocked, it was clean, quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. It really was our “home base” while going on all of our hikes and adventures in the area. We loved the hot tub. It was a great way to end a day of hiking. Definitely recommend this place and host and would love to come back one day!

Well appointed lake front home with spacious decks and comfortable deck furniture. Centrally located to enjoy all the peninsula has to offer. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect size for us, the kitchen was very well stocked.

Clean, cozy space with beautiful views of the bay. We stayed in winter and woke up to a white winter wonderland and the studio had big windows all around to enjoy the views. Lydia provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future!

If you want a sweet little respite away from the rest of the world, this is an excellent spot. Cottage was squeaky clean and had gorgeous views of both water and mountains. The market was super helpful, and they have a great selection of VHS tapes and DVDs available to borrow for a blast from the past. Truly one of my favorite stays I’ve ever had.

The cottages are so homey and it’s clear the owners have taken pride in their place for a long time. Missy was so kind and welcoming and helped me get settled in right away. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay.

My husband and I had a great time staying here the view are breathtaking. The bed was so comfy which is a plus for me they even provided a sound machine. I would definitely stay here again!

Beverly was incredibly proactive in communicating with me and every step of the way I knew what to expect. That type of communication really made the experience all the more relaxing and stress free. The cottage was exactly as described/shown but the views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Spit were even better than expected!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. The host were very attentive and made sure we got into our cabin. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent place on Lake Sutherland for a family. Beautiful location on the lake with hot tub on the dock. Great location to access Olympic National Park and Port Angeles. Know that there’s 70 stairs down to the house which can be tough in the rain or dark.

Beautiful home on a quiet lake. Close to town, but feels like you’re way up in the woods. Well-appointed, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

This is a beautiful, cozy home with an amazing view of the water and the sunrise. We spent a week or so working here after a road trip. Fast Internet and two standing desks & office chairs made it easy and comfortable to work from this Airbnb. Michael and Echo were very responsive throughout our stay - thank you both again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place has an amazing view of the lake. Lacey was incredibly kind, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

This house is pretty and cozy. The view is stunning. The mountain looks different every minute. We spent a whole afternoon to relax and enjoy the view. The house is clean and has everything. The host always response in a short time and he gave us a lot of useful advice. Will definitely com back in the summer.

It was an unforgettable experience staying at this private lakefront cabin. Would highly recommend any time of year. November in the rain was especially nice. Sitting in the hot tub, cold plunging in the lake, grilling on the covered patio. The propane space heater was a perfect touch, to be able to sit outside, staying warm, looking at the lake and listening to the rain. It was perfect

Very peaceful and quiet during winter. Beautiful lake view with bald eagles and herons. It was a nice location for daily drives to hikes and PNW coastal vistas.
