This 3/2 home with a beautiful deck and detached 1200 sq ft game room is the perfect place to enjoy your getaway in the mountains. There is plenty of room for parking your trailers along with 2 stalls in the garage to park your cars or motorcycles. It's located approximately 50 yds off of 129 just after the Ted Jordan Bridge. There is an area and a hose available to wash vehicle. Your group will enjoy hanging out in the 2000 sq ft game room with pool table, poker table after a day of driving.

A 10 minute walk to the lake and adjacent hiking trails. This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

The home is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing escape, or adults with children looking for a family getaway. There is 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa, and 2 twin stackable beds. The home sleeps 6, however the sleeper sofa and twin beds are best suited for children.

The Chart House is a welcoming cottage nestled lakefront on stunning Santeetlah Lake.  Located in the Forest Lakes Community, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect cozy, chic getaway with private boat dock.  Please note, as most homes in the mountains, internet can be an issue. Zito Media internet is provided, but we can’t guarantee a speedy resolution if there’s an outage as we are completely at the mercy of the internet provider in a remote area.
