John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

Sooo happy with our stay. The place was spotless. Quiet and had everything we needed. Incredibly close walk to the beach. We will be back!!

James was a very accomodating host and very responsive to our request. We loved our stay, we were officiating at an event at the Mercury baypark, so being near the stadium was very helpful. Very cosy rooms and great range of books and dvds available. The room was spotless and our bed was so comfortable! Not to mention nice and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you James and family.

What a great place! Cathy and Bob are beautiful people and the property is so well organized and clean. Amazing children facilities as well. Only downside was the shower which was way too small for us (1.80 and 2m length).

Had a great stay at Stephen and Etty’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of five. The location was convenient, and they were great hosts—even letting us use the washing machine, which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Markus's listing was larger than I expected. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals, with a fully size frig & oven/hotplate, toaster, microwave & washing machine. Markus responded quickly to email messages. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone staying in Tauranga area,

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean comfortable and warm and I had everything I needed. It's quite spacious with a lovely little private outdoor area. April and her husband were lovely. Very good value for money.

Wir haben als eine 4-köpfige Familie 3 Nächte bei Debbie in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Und das Allerwichtigste: Debbie, die gute Seele nebenan. Wenn ich 6 Sterne zu vergeben hätte, würde ich sie hier geben. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This is the second time we have stayed with Monika and it is one of our favourite spots to visit! Monika is such a great host and we always feel right at home when we stay. The place is absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished with incredible scenery. We are always sad we aren’t staying longer! Bonus with yummy breakfast options provided. We can’t recommend staying with Monika enough! We hope to be back soon.

Es war alles super, von der Begrüßung angefangen. Ich konnte kochen, Wäsche waschen etc. Auf der Terrasse kann man toll sitzen, zum Strand ist es nur 2Min zu Fuß. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, das Obst, Müsli usw. und der Hund ist superlieb zum knuddeln. Nachts kann man vom Bett aus toll die Sterne sehen!

This was a very relaxed and luxurious four night stay, the Airbnb being exactly as described, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and ordered. The welcome selection of food and sweet treats is a thoughtful touch. Having plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry powder took the stress out of thinking about shopping on our road trip. Tony was very polite and quick to respond when we needed his help with something. It is a little haven.

Thanks for amazing communicate and a peacful quiet place to stay for the weekend. We will be back!

Das Zimmer liegt herrlich gelegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Roturoa entfernt und entspricht den Bildern. Der Whirlpool ist auf der gemeinsamen Terrasse mit dem Haupthaus. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit ihn zu nutzen, er sah aber gut aus. Wer sehr lichtempfindlich ist sollte eine Schlafmaske oder ähnliches mitbringen, da durch die Tür zum Haupthaus Licht aus dem Flur ins Zimmer scheint. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das Bett, da hatten wir schon bequemere auf unserer Reise. Dafür ist die Aussicht auch vom Bett aus hervorragend.

Comfortable spot with everything you need available at the house. Close to the beach, cafes, pubs and shopping centres, so can avoid getting in the car all the time. Thanks Val ☺️

Wow! I was away for work and have been on the road for about 6 weeks. I felt like I was on holiday while working. Julia and Tony’s place exceeded expectations. Stunning, peaceful. The cedar hot tub had an amazing set up from lighting at night to hearing the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lounge suite. The bathrooms are beautiful. I just don’t not have enough words to describe how amazing Tony and Julia are and how great my stay was. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place - it’s conveniently located for all Rotorua has to offer, but on a quiet residential street. Excellent communication from Kim around the check-in process and we appreciated the local tips!

A lovely friendly couple with a beautiful home. Keith and Frances made me feel so welcome and I loved sharing some time with them. My room, bathroom and kitchenette were just perfect and the relaxer chair got well used as the weather was only nice on one day of my stay.
