Amazing stay for 1 night. Graham kindly took my 3 year old to feed some animals which was a highlight. The games also were a hit!

Don’t doubt booking this place for a second everyone, if you’re ever thinking of staying in Tauranga this is the place to be. Great pricing and everything exceeded my expectations. After reading reviews & seeing this for myself, I’ve never been so impressed and so comfortable in a Airbnb. Peter’s place gave a homely feeling and the aura was fantastic. I had a weekend get away with my mum & for one of the days my dad & sibling had also visited & were very impressed with the space. They felt right at home as well. Mum and I kept going on about how much we really loved everything about the area Peter & his partner have created. Lots of complimentary food/basics which made the experience of staying here even better. Every detail and everything in this place was beautifully done. On top of this, Peter’s communication skills were excellent, he was very responsive, friendly & helpful. He made this a wonderful time. Overall, I’m looking forward to my next stay here with friends & family 😁

Dee's place was an awesome AirBnB, probably the best one I've experienced in New Zealand. It had pretty much everything a traveler could want, from cornflakes to a trampoline. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and well-heated. Dee also put in a lot of effort into creating a digital guidebook so guests can get any information about the house/area easily. 10/10!!

Judy and Ray are the nicest hosts and made us feel very welcome and we felt like home. We loved staying there as it was super quiet and the view from the kitchen window was so beautiful! Right into the veggie garden, beautiful fruit trees and a green hill with cows. The apartment was actually more spacious than we thought and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch after a long day of riding. We also found delicious breakfast stuff in the pantry and some sweets as a welcome treat which was an unexpected bonus. The location is perfect for heading out to the mountain bike trails which we took advantage of as we brought our own bikes with us. All in all we can highly recommend this place and we hope to be able to return at some stage.

Located close to the restaurant section and the nice lake shore park.

We were just passing through, but this space was so comfortable we could have easily stayed for weeks! The beach was beautiful and easy walk from the house. In the morning we enjoyed delicious treats from the bakery just down the road.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Alison is a very nice host to communicate with. The place we stayed is very spacious with beautiful rural view. And it's close to everywhere. We had a relaxed Easter break there. We'll come back next time when we come down this way.

We really loved our stay here, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t get out and about like we’d hope too, however we had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful loft. Lovely touches like the home made ginger crunch, muesli, a range of spreads for toast. Very roomy for two people, and of course the spa is a great edition. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rotorua.

The stay at Jude‘s place was simply amazing. Clean, cosy, well located - close to many beautiful spots in Rotorua yet outside the busy city center, it is situated in Owhata. She is a very kind, caring, helpful person - interested in sharing nice locations to visit. We enjoyed our holidys and would return there anytime with joy. Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

It was like a small house with bedroom, sitting/eating area, and bathroom all off hallway. Would be ideal as a base for several days. A bit of everything for continental breakfast, including fruit. Lots of coffee and tea options. Extra touches that made it feel like a home, tissues, spray, etc. Comfy bed, good water pressure, games and suggestion lists of surrounding activities. Would stay longer next time.

What a beautiful, peaceful location with views of and easy access to the lake. Comfortable area outside to relax or take a dip in the hot tub. Feeding the ducks and meeting friendly neighbors were my favorites. Inside, although small b/c it is a converted boat shed, we had more than we needed, with all the home made goodies and groceries provided…delicious bread, frittata, muffins and more. Thanks, Ginie. Airbnb is close to the Mitai Māori experience which was enjoyable, and not far from the city center, where we visited a public park with plenty of geothermal activity to view. So much to do in the area and Ginie and Bob’s place provides a nice respite from all the activity.

Marty & Lou's upstairs apartment is amazing! the furniture, the bed, the linen all incredibly comfortable. The space is so welcoming! so peaceful. An extreemly short walk to the lake's edge and so too the 10k walking trail that circles the lake. A short drive (2km maybe) to the blue lake (more trails, swimming, boating) and so maybe 3km to the worlds best mountain bike and running trails. While the breakfast room doesn't have cooking facilities that didn't worry us - Marty and Lou supplied breakfast and with less than a 9km drive to the nearest cafes and bars and maybe 12km to the CBD to find lunch or dinner we were set! We happily made basic meals thanks to simple cutlery and crockery, a small fridge, toaster and jug. We were able to store our mountain bikes and muddy running gear in the utility room. Marty, Lou and their cats were so friendly. We loved our stay and hope we can stay again.

A very pleasant stay experience, the bedroom is slightly crowded but the bathroom is spacious. The host's room is separate from the guest’s, strong privacy. I am happy to recommend it to others!
