Very nice indeed. It felt very homey and comfortable. I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. When I initially booked the stay I was a day off so I reached out to Walker and he was quick to respond, allowing me to change the dates. I was provided instructions, including front door entry and directions prior to my stay. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We were very happy staying here. The location is outstanding and the space is clean and well laid out. We would definitely return!

It was conveniently located to everything fun to do in New Orleans, we were able to walk to every destination! It provided a peaceful, secluded evening for rest each night as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our stay at Lori’s was wonderful! We lived in NOLA for a long time, and we come back to visit often. Lori’s home was one of the best we’ve stayed in, hands down. Ideal, walkable location for food, coffee, fun, and groceries, but set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where you’ll feel like a NOLA local. We felt right at home. Lori is one of the most generous, helpful and responsive hosts we’ve met. Her home was very clean, well-appointed, and we appreciated the plentiful towels, blankets, etc. for our family. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at David's apartment, which was just as described. It's a beautiful, modern space equipped with excellent appliances and amenities. The location is peaceful and convenient, with a variety of nearby restaurants. I appreciated the walkability to a grocery store and charming coffee shops. I would definitely love to stay at this place again on my next visit to NOLA!

So, we stayed here to attend French Quarter fest. It was huge! Also, very clean and comfortable. The area felt really safe, too. We were able to enter and set our bags down 4 hours early, for a 65 dollar fee. That was really helpful. Nicely decorated with a cool lobby which has these old electrical panels which make you feel like you’re on a movie set. Definitely a nice place with enormous beautiful windows.

Book this place! It has plenty of food and shopping right outside your front door and only 1 mile from all the attractions! The place is just like the pictures and in a perfect location!! The security of this place is amazing, your car will be parked in a gated area and no one can access the building without key fobs!! You can sleep peacefully here! Will make this my place every time im in new orleans!!!!!

The location was perfect, the house and amenities impeccable, and the hosts were accommodating and helpful to us. Fantastic stay, I highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed the rental. It was in a nice area. We were able to walk to the grocery store and hardly needed to drive since the trolly was super close by. Everything we needed was found in the kitchen. I was stoked when I found they provided an iron and extra blankets. We plan to stay again in the future.

The check-in instructions were straightforward and allowed for easy access. The stay was great and everything turned out how it was supposed to be. Would recommend to someone looking for a nice, clean and safe place to stay.

My brother and I came down for a long weekend to watch our Philadelphia Eagles absolutely demolish the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. Nicole’s place was a perfect base camp and peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA. She also provided a generous gift basket and a famous NOLA “King Cake” which was the perfect compliment to our morning coffee. We had a great trip and would certainly come back again to stay at Nicole’s place. GOOOOOOOOOO BIIIIIIIIIRDS!!!!!

This was our second stay at Brad’s place. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to all of the good restaurants and the French Quarter. Lots of convenient pay to park parking lots that are secure with cameras.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay in New Orleans! Gigi's place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to downtown NOLA and the French Quarter, but far away enough where it was quiet and peaceful at night. Gigi was incredibly responsive and gave some great local recommendations that really made the trip special. I especially loved the outdoor deck overlooking St. Charles Ave, as well as the architecture and charm of Gigi's condo. Overall, we'd would definitely stay here again.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.

We recently spent a week at Heirloom and had a fantastic time in NOLA! The location is perfect—central to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot or hop on a nearby streetcar. I went with two other couples, and we had plenty of space. The layout made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and never crowded. The beds, bathrooms, and showers were all excellent—very clean and comfortable. We were also spoiled with amazing restaurants nearby—every place we ate was top-notch. It was super convenient having a grocery store right across the street, especially one with a great selection of wines and spirits. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly and even stocked us with more wine and champagne glasses. The only issue we ran into was in the first bedroom near the entrance. There wasn’t a full dresser, so our guests had to get creative when unpacking.That said, I still highly recommend. It’s a fantastic place, and we had a great experience overall. Thanks again!

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!
