Perfect location, and we didn’t want to leave! My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary at Sarah’s place, and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Nothing like grilling from the deck with a beautiful view and then enjoying it with that same view. The hot tub is situated in a perfect spot with a fantastic view along with nice privacy. The house is supplied with a bunch of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. Sarah was an awesome host, and if we get back to Coeur d’Alene we wouldn’t be interested in staying anywhere else other than Sarah’s. Her home had everything we wanted and needed! Thanks for having us Sarah!

Kyra’s place was exquisite! We loved the dive in around the lake, I couldn’t believe how close the road was to the water. The house is situated perfectly over looking the lake and sunset! I cant say enough about how great the experience was. It was extremely cozy around the fire (they even provided fire wood). There is a restaurant within walking distance that also checks all the boxes. We went up to go to Coeur d’Alene but ended up having a better time just staying around the house. 10 out of 10.

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this residence. We kept busy with all of the amenities, and there was so much to do! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to hang at the house, fix meals, and just enjoy the scenery. The dock was well situated and we were able to rent Sea Doos and a boat from a local place in Sandpoint. Loved the fact that coffee was there on hand - never know if it's going to be a Keurig or a regular pot! The communication with the management company was very easy. We would highly recommend staying here. The only negative was our trip just wasn't long enough!

What a stunning home tucked away in a peaceful bay off Coeur d’Alene Lake! It was the perfect getaway for our large group—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed across three levels, giving everyone room to relax and enjoy their time together. One of the biggest highlights was the movie theater room, which was a hit with both the kids and the adults! Throughout our stay, we had a few questions, and I can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful our host was. Their quick replies and support truly made the experience even better—absolutely top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

We have a large family and every year we get together between Christmas and new years. This was the perfect house. It’s in a neighborhood but plenty of privacy. There are so many cool features about the house that make it such a unique experience. It’s equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean and well cared for. You can tell the owners built the house with tons of thought and care…it feels like home from the minute you open the door.

We were there for our son’s wedding across the lake at Zephyr Lodge! It was a perfect location for our family to rest relax and prepare for our son’s wedding. We were so great for the for the location and for the beautiful surroundings and all the amenities the house offered! Thank you so much!!

This was a pleasant home, nice, clean quite neighbors. Loved the garage remote. Will definitely stay again.( if we are welcomed back)! Fast response when I contacted them, they checked in on us to make sure all was well. Only suggestion would be, a chair for the shower for elderly and a chair or ottoman in the bedrooms to sit on for putting on socks and shoes and such. Other then that... Awesome Home!!!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

Roberta is definitely the sweetest and most accommodating host I’ve ever had!!! She was a joy to communicate with and went the extra mile to help make our wedding weekend the best it could be❤️ Twin Lakes Village is a super cool place to explore and golf. We highly recommend booking a stay here.

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

Great space, excellent host! We had a wonderful family spring skiing trip, playing in the snow in the AM and soaking in the hot tub in the PM. Bath robes and extra towels were provided, which was very useful and thoughtful. Having the washer/dryer in the unit helped greatly to dry wet gear after hitting the slopes. There were plenty of great board games for us to enjoy. Both main bed and sofa beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Joey is friendly and was always very quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family’s third stay at Erik’s lake house. Very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Only thing I can recommend are new skillets for the kitchen and the addition of a cheese grater. Other than that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our time at Newman Lake.

Ramon’s place was perfect for our little getaway! Everything was clean and comfortable. The stained-glass windows were gorgeous! The location was perfect…walking distance to the waterfront, hiking @ Tubbs Hill and the floating boardwalk. Ramon was very responsive and gave detailed, accurate instructions. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and would visit again!

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

We had a great stay at Jason’s place in Harrison, Idaho! The home was cozy, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural surroundings. Jason was a great host—responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Dover. The house is supplied with all kinds of necessities. The big backyard made bringing my dog with me very easy and the location has such great walking trails.
