This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

This is a repeat visit to this Airbnb. It's a very comfortable and spacious unit. And it has all the basics you would need for a short stay. We used the barbecue this time and it works great. The beds are comfortable and on the soft side. We did have a little hiccup but Ashley was right on it and everything was fine within a couple hours. She is a great communicator also. This Airbnb is in a rural area which is nice because there's a lot of space usually between you and the neighbors. Parking was easy and right next to the unit. You can easily park two vehicles. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Flexible with check in. Responsive and helpful. Place was super clean and very cute! I appreciate having a variety of pillow options for sleeping. I love a flat pillow and it was an option! Score. :)

Our host was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout. We greatly appreciated it. Lovely home lovely surroundings.. the spring flowers were out the dog trees were in bloom and maple trees were vibrant red. Loved being out in nature, enjoying my family for our special time. Perhaps the most thoughtful Airbnb we’ve stayed in in terms of extra details from cooking implements and spices to first aid kit, extra fans and blankets, shampoo etc. Marion was very friendly and quick to respond, although her instruction booklet covered everything very concisely. Very cozy space, worked particularly well for a family of four visiting a next door ski resort

Great for skiing a few days. Amazing sauna after a long day on the slopes! Nice lake views and viewing area for morning coffee. Probably very nice in the summer too.

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

Our first time staying at Donner Lake when skiing at Palisades—this place was perfect for our family of 4 and the views of the lake were stunning! The place was beautifully finished and cozy. The location made it still easy to get to Truckee or the interstate while providing a peaceful, relaxing setting away on the mountain lake. Would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay especially bc we went to Soda Springs Mountain Adventure right next to it! Super convenient for our plans. James was very responsive as cell service was spotty and he assisted as best he could through messages as my AirBnb app wouldn’t load. Definitely would recommend bc of his responsiveness alone.

Jackie’s place was perfect for a weekend trip at Soda Springs resort! Place was spacious and had everything needed and then some. Appreciated the great communication as well. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a Magical time at Tor’s condo on Donner Lake. Super comfy condo with amazing views (seriously I barely watched any TV or scrolled), just watched the Lake and Mountains while we were there. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. And SPACE. We were 4 adults and each had tons of room. Tor provided excellent instructions and communication and recommendations. You can’t beat the location. (Oh, and the yummiest ice cream is right across the road) Do yourself a favor and book this condo for your vacation!
