Large spacious rooms, plenty of seating inside and outside. House decks and boat deck were fabulous and we tried to enjoy every spot, weather permitting. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Scenery was beautiful and location peaceful. This would be a definite do again. Our host, Colby, was attentive when we needed her!

It felt like I was coming to visit family! The Host were amazing and it felt like home! So much I’m considering moving to TX from FL!!!

It's a great place. We loved the kayaks and canoes, but beware—go upstream first! The outside deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening stargazing, but it needs a bit of maintenance. The little store in Uncertain is great in a grumpy, friendly kind of way. We had to pick up some coffee pods and returned for a brisket lunch. The bathrooms are clean, with great water pressure, instant hot water, and wonderfully refreshing. The kitchen was also clean and usable, although we just made some boiled eggs.

Nice and clean cabin. Mr. David (Host) was very friendly and available if needed. We will stay again for crappie fishing. Thank you for letting us check out late too!

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The kids had a fantastic time with the camping fire pit activities and kayaking adventures. The surroundings were peaceful and provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, it was such a pleasant and memorable experience

I've been wanting to visit Caddo Lake for some time now. I really just wanted to be among the moss covered cypress trees. Angela's house is perfect for this. I can't imagine a better back yard than this. We had the pond all to oursleves or at least it felt that way. We visited the state park and the main attraction there is the Saw Mill Pond. It is beautiful but I think the Paradise Pine pond, which is where this house is located, is better. The house is close to all the attractions. I recommend going over to the Johnson Ranch Marina for a boat tour, where you can see the actual Caddo lake and get some history of the area. Anyway, Angela's propery was a nice place to decompress and spend time with our family. The only thing I might have wished I would have brought with me was a kayak or paddle board. The back yard is perfect for it, at least in the cold while all the gaters were sleeping :)

Amazing cabin, we enjoyed our visit, only issue we had was it was a little hot upstairs, but that is to be expected in Texas! We loved watching the deer all day as well.

We had a wonderful time stay here. We had 2 sons and their families with us. We loved the whole experience. The house is amazing, however we spent a lot of time on the deck or trying to fish. We definitely want to come back. Thank you so much.

We found Brandy's place to be relaxing and peaceful. Great view of the lake. Nice pier. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating. We had everything we needed for cooking meals. We were more than pleased to find a high chair, pack and play and baby gate. Master suite was very spacious. everything was neat and clean. More stairs than we anticipated. Overall great experience.

The place is beautiful. Very clean! I did not notice it had a ladder to the life do we could not use the upstairs bed. We had to leave a day early due to a death in the family. It was a very clean and lovely place. I would try it again

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience staying at this property! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host’s attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful homemade cookies to the clear and timely communication throughout our visit. The location was ideal—close to Barnwell Mountain Recreational Area, yet still peaceful and private. The outdoor seating and fully stocked snacks, truly made it feel like a home away from home.
