Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

Jill and Chuck were incredibly nice people They were very responsive I unfortunately was with bad company and feel terrible about how she left .. They opened their home and the fact that it was left like that was crazy. However Both Jill and Chuck were understanding and showed grace. I learned a lesson you can not trust everybody bad company makes you bad company.. I would recommend them to anybody again I’m truly apologetic on her behalf… I’ve never been in a situation like this and everyone of my stays have been 5 stars I still feel horrible about it .. But they were great Host and the house is beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay! Access was easy, accommodations were very spacious and the bed was super comfortable! We had everything we needed. Also, good restaurants within a 5 min drive

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was perfect for me while I was in town for work, and William was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely would love to stay here again in the future!

We had such a wondering stay. From the moment we arrived we loved how the apartment was decorated and well-stocked. It’s in such a peaceful location and was lovely waking up to the gorgeous view every moment. Plus, the hosts are so sweet and accommodating. Would rate higher than 5 stars if we could!

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett‘s place in Plaza Midwood! The house was super cute and Garrett was wonderful. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Lots of great restaurants and beautiful murals! The house is very old, so you have to be okay with a little rustic charm. We thought it was perfect! Garrett checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nick’s place was just as described in the photos. Nick is an excellent host and gives prompt responses immediately. This place was not only peaceful and quiet but also spotless clean. I would definitely recommend this place and give it 10 stars. The next time I’m visiting NC, it’s a no brainer that I will be staying here again!

We throughly enjoyed the stay and location to Charlotte/airport. It’s far enough for suburb charm, but just a 20+ drive to downtown town… it’s even located with a small drive to a few nature preserves for a hike. Overall lower apartment was private, tasteful, great setup and quiet for the most part.

I spent two very enjoyable nights at the lodge. It was very well appointed and had everything I needed. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in the China Grove area. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back into town for business, but if I was this would be a top choice.

Great for lake living! Outside of the main drag just enough to feel that you’re in a private setting. Home was quiet, private and clean!

Nicole was kind, responsive and a great Hostess! Her place was perfect. She made me feel right at home! Such a beautiful spot! I am protective over my car and I loved that I could park so close to the Airbnb.

We loved our stay at the Lake Hickory Hideaway, from the location, to the beautiful setting and cozy space we felt at home! John and Deralyn were great hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed Sheila's place. It was a beautiful setting on the water. We saw some deer in the morning. Space was really nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside the door especially after a day of hiking and dancing. Thank you for sharing this lovely place.

This is a beautiful calm place to relax, and rest. The host are simply delightful. The space is well laid out and cozy, with a room dedicated to group activities, with plenty of games. There is plenty to do outside as well. There are many outdoor games, plenty of nature to explore. This is definitely a great place to land from the whirlwind busy life of today.

My son needed a place to stay for his 10-week Internship in Charlotte, and we are so glad that we found Marta's place! She provides a warm, inviting environment... and my son felt welcomed and safe. The location had everything that my son needed, and then some (i.e. WiFi, cable/satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable linens, etc...). If you are looking for a place to stay while in Charlotte, you will not be disappointed selecting Marta's place "to live" for however long required! We highly recommend Marta's Place... and we are very particular about where we stay and who we recommend.

Jonathan's place was wonderful. It is private and peaceful. The apartment is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. I will definitely return next year on our way to Florida!

Fantastic stay! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house was gorgeous and clean! Loved the interactive special surprise in the bedroom. The Airbnb is about 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and things to do, but far enough for peace and relaxation in nature. The hosts live on beautiful land that overlooks a small lake! Very picturesque! We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

The place was great and Havana 33 restaurant is steps away and it was the best!!

The space was accurately described by James. Super easy to find with a covered carport park under. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower immediately. There was a washer dryer conveniently available as we needed to use it. The refrigerator was stocked with bottle water. Overall we had a great experience at James Airbnb.

If I could give them a higher rating I would! By far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and that is well over 30 stays! Linda and Greg were phenomenal hosts! Their place was HUGE and amazing! They thought of everything I could have possibly needed and I stayed 30 days, cooking most days, multiple times a day! The area is so peaceful and serene, in a "quasi" rural setting, yet only 10 - 20 minutes away from town where you can find all that you may need. Internet was fast, which was a must as I work from "home". As large as the place is, they made it so cozy and comfortable. This is easily the best recommendation I have made to date, you need to stay there!

Gail and Dave were amazing hosts. They were warm and welcoming and greeted us in person when we arrived. Everything was just as she described. The backyard was picturesque and just as warm and welcoming as the basement. It is by far one of the most spacious and comfortable homes for an Airbnb. We will definitely try to return with our families. Blessings to you Gail and Dave for an amazing stay!!

Charity’s place is great! So cozy, but not cramped. I had everything I needed and then some — she has truly thought of all necessities that would be useful to prepare small meals. I was attending a small weekend education course and was very centrally located to everything I needed in Mooresville. Would highly recommend!
