The beds were really comfortable and clean. The house felt really homey, all the lights shined bright, AC felt really good. The location is in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen with spacious countertop and clean silverware for use. The living room had a big TV to watch movies on at night. The owners responded super fast and provided a lot of helpful information.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

We loved our stay. It fit our 3 generation Thanksgiving gathering great without feeling like we were on top of each other the whole time. All the games and activities were perfect to keep everyone entertained (we even got to enjoy the lake in November!). Well stocked kitchen for cooking, everything was really clean, and Katie was super responsive before check in as we had a couple questions. Would definitely stay again!

First, I want to sincerely thank my hosts! Traveling from upstate NY to Carolina with children, I requested an earlier check-in, and they gladly accommodated me, which was amazing. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and provided stellar service. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the people were friendly. Both the front and back yards offered plenty of open space for my little ones to play. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

This was the best airbnb we have stayed! Andrea was very accommodating, very personable. It was awesome staying at a place that embraces having your dogs with you. Jamie’s place is magical! We had such a lovely time. It feels cozy and sweet with lots of nice touches, attention to detail, super comfortable. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for anything more… we hope to come back next year!

We Enjoyed our Stay at This Airbnb it was very clean, nice location, and looked just like the photos!! The host was extremely nice and made sure he sent us all instructions needed and more!! Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Rustic, cabin-like feel. Not fancy but perfect for our needs. The host was in the process of refreshing the property, which was a bit of a surprise/disappointment, but did not really interfere with our experience. The view was outstanding. Enjoyed sitting down on the dock.

We had a great stay! The place was as described. Host was very responsive and helpful! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We will definitely stay again since we are in Belmont regularly!

We immediately felt right at home at the Bohopad! Tucked away in a peaceful and natural setting, it was easy to relax right upon arrival. The colorful and eclectic (tastefully done!) decor felt fun to the senses. Every aspect of comfort was provided. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, clean and simple bathrooms. . . it was everything we wanted for a weekend retreat. The host was very helpful for any need that arose. We will be back again! Was visiting family nearby and wanted to find a place close and within reasonable driving distance to other locations. Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem and couldn’t have been happier to have selected it. Quiet, a beautiful area, very relaxing are to visit. The cottage was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. I just hope the next time we are in the area it will be available because we would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at LKN Relocations. The hosts are easy to talk to, very accommodating, and helpful when we needed extra assistance. The place is gorgeous, walking distance to the college (1.3 miles) and super close to Harris Teeter and the Davidson waterfront. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were super comfy, the living area is spacious and inviting. We loved it so much, we are coming back in less then a month.
