My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

Hilltop Hideway is extremely comfortable recreational facility which can satisfy everyone. This cottage is very well equipped, with a lot of space to relax. The facility is very modern with most updated amenities. It is tremendous location, close to Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks and with the short distance to Huntsville. The host Igor was responding to any inquiries friendly and on time. We can strongly recommend this facility for those looking for: relax, outdoor activity and those wanted to explore all attractions listed in the cottage leaflet. Galyna’s cottage was as described. Everything worked well. The boat ramp on site was very convenient. Great location on the river. Pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table add fun activities. Great spacious cottage for a family getaway. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The lazy lakehouse was exactly what my friends and I were looking for, with the sauna and hot tub it was the perfect combination for relaxation in the winter. The cottage was a perfect size for our getaway. Leigh, the host was awesome, very responsive and helpful for anything we needed, and was also proactive in giving us all the information we needed ahead of time.

This was a great property to stay at. Karen was responsive and helpful to our questions. my entire group loved the property, the view and the amenities. Truly a great and relaxing weekend spent here. Definitely not the last time we come here, already planning another trip in the summer!

I booked this place to celebrate my best friend’s engagement and held a small gathering there to enjoy a nice weekend at a cottage to relax. We immediately felt comfortable and right at home. We had everything we needed there, and very close to the town next store for grocery runs, etc. No issues or complications, check in through check out was very smooth and easy. I can easily speak for myself and the rest of my party that we had a great weekend. Overall an amazing find, and we’d definitely want to stay again. 10/10 would recommend. Great place for winter, very peaceful. The size fits 6 people comfortably and is well equipped for everything we needed. The best part is the Scenic view of the lake and forest from the living room.

A little slice of paradise! Ryan Bryan's place is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The space is modern with vintage esthetics, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has all the amenities that made me feel like home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive and ensured everything was just right for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Can't wait to come back!

This cottage is stunning! The views were amazing. The cottage was super clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The games room in the basement was the perfect place for the children(and adults) to hang out in with its pool table, 2 foosball table and air hockey table. It’s great that there was also another fridge downstairs too! The wrap around deck was also another great place to hangout and with the sun in the morning it was very nice out there even in the winter. As we visited in the winter we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities as much but I’m sure it’s an amazing space in summer! The noise by-law did not affect us as it was winter but definitely something to consider for summer rentals. Yanci does mention it in ALL of her communications about the place so you are aware before arriving and it’s not her rules, it’s a regional by-law. Yanci was a great host and all messages to her were responded to quickly. We had a fantastic time! Thanks again for sharing your space!!

My family and I had an absolutely relaxing stay at Vanessa’s cabin ! From the moment I booked, the communication was so seamless. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and very accommodating especially during the beginning of our trip when we first checked in. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning; the view of the frozen lake made waking up in the morning feel very magical (especially with all the snow fall we received those days). I also appreciated the thoughtful touches Vanessa added to our trip such as having firewood ready for us to use and shovelling the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. I felt so at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to definitely come back! Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip so memorable!

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The property was spotless when we arrived, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, a cozy bonfire, and boating on the beautiful lake. Amanda was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Yvonne's place over the holidays. The cottage is extremely cozy and homey, and the property is beautiful. It's a great view overlooking the lake, and with all the snow on the trees it was magical. The cottage was equipped with everything you need from cookware, board games, books, fire wood, streaming services and lots of extra blankets which we appreciated! We would love to visit here again and experience it in the summer months too. Yvonne was very responsive to our questions and needs, and is extremely friendly. Great spot, beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. No complaints, would book again. Booking was a little confusing as it ran through the company and airbnb. But it makes sense as the cottage is apart of a larger family business. Very helpful staff and extremely accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at Lionel’s cottage in Port Loring! The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the cottage itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of friends. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice—it was even better in person. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a beautiful and peaceful spot. We would definitely stay here again!

This place felt so magical. We arrived at dusk and got to see a couple dozen of deer on our scenic drive. Dan also put some feeder near the Airbnb so they would be drawn closer for us to see. We were in awe of all the deer that we would wake up early and sit out on the deck to watch them walk through the wooded area all around the Airbnb. The hosts are very thoughtful and proactive with their assistance and information. The place itself is cozy with all the modern technology you would need. It’s close to some fun activities if it rains or snows and there is a big collection of dvds they have if you want to stay in. I also appreciated how convenient the check in and out times were as well as not needing to drive your garbage to the dump like other places I have experienced. Thank you again for sharing your space with us.

We stayed at Tyler, Steph, and Julie's cottage for a Fall fishing trip and it was the perfect spot! The lake is excellent for fishing, large and many places to scope out for all hours of the day... the firepit space was a great fit for our group of 5 to enjoy (we had forgotten our chairs and were thankful to see all the outdoor seating!) The cottage was one of the most well stocked Airbnb's we have stayed in, lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Our group noted we really would love to come back in the Summer time - there were so many games, a horseshoe pit, a whole separate bunkie, and lots of water toys that left us wanting to come back when the temps/waters are warmer with more friends for a true cottage staycation. 5/5, thank you for hosting us!

Me and my friends had a great experience at the Long House, the pictures do not do it enough justice, it is beautiful. Everything was close proximity to the cottage and the hosts were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would love to come here again
