Great hosts! Timely communication. Allowed for an early check-in. Checked in to make sure all was well. *Note: The unit is on the second floor. Somehow, I missed that, but we booked in a hurry, so I likely overlooked that detail.

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

We booked a last minute stay because we were in town for a funeral..Mark & Ruth were very accommodating. As for cleanliness probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed..the beds super comfy & just the best hosts! I hope we can come back again some time for a more relaxing reason :)

It was very comfortable and homey. Quick drive to Columbia, very peaceful to come back to and relax after exploring. Beautiful view of Lake Murray with plenty to do and stores very close by. The hosts were very accommodating. They had refreshments, snacks, and basic necessities needed. Would highly recommend and would stay at again. ….thank you very much!!!!!!!

OMG The place was adorbs; accurately described and even more. Nicole was amazing. There was a welcome message upon registration; quick responses to my inquiries and timely information for check in and check out. The building was secure, nice decor -- the foyer 'smelled' good LOL. The grounds were clean (some dog poop) but that's a people 'neglect' problem as the facility had doggie bags/trash can stations. The unit was beautiful. It was clean, cute, cozy with all of the amenities. Nicole had posted a personal welcome sign on the wall, as my cousin and I were in town for a wedding. The family who visited fell in love with it -- they live in close proximity but wasn't aware that the complex was there. I'm glad we added a couple of extra days to our stay. We were able to relax and enjoy the space before heading back home. Definitely will be my first consideration when I choose to revisit the area.

Me and my family had stayed here before right after the hurricane in October of 2024. Not much has changed since then, which is amazing! Dan and Linda are the sweetest hosts and an amazing couple! We definitely can't wait to stay again and enjoy the water once more.

.We hosted our family of 10 Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. Kids loved the kayaks and the dock. We took a pontoon boat ride with Captain Kenny- highly recommend.

This was our second time staying because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Very clean, awesome easy access to boat ramp, very peaceful. Host was very responsive to every message in a very promptly manner. We will definitely be staying again!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious lake front home! The kitchen was so well appointed for our crew of 6. Spacious and livable with enough privacy for all! This was a fabulous place to spend time with family. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had an abundance of amenities to keep everyone busy. Thank you for an awesome visit. I hope to come back again.

The property is beautiful and was perfect right by the water. The house is very well equipped and provided minor conveniences that made our experience even more comfortable. The view from the back deck is amazing. The neighbors could have been nicer but overall this was a great experience.
