A very nice space for a quick visit to Atlanta. Anitha was very accessible and responsive to us. She also made sure that we were aware of the steep steps (wasn’t a problem for us but definitely people with mobility issues cannot stay here) and of the lack of full kitchen (we were already aware and ok with that). I think this proactive approach on her part was great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area of Atlanta.

We absolutely loved the place! Very private and a gorgeous location on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge. We plan to go back!

This is the most amazing place we ever stayed and the secret is out: this is the best place to rent and enjoy the lake! If we would ever stay on a lake or our friends would want to: this is THE place to be. Fire pit is amazing way to spend evenings and there are games to keep kiddos occupied. This place is very welcoming, serene and newly remodeled. First morning, there we deers outside, next day - we swam with local "Canadian" geese! There is a perfect little sand beach on island across. Honestly, we did not want to leave! All inside areas, dining table bedrooms, bathrooms are new & clean and we were able to cook breakfasts and lunches here while having beautiful view of outside. The boat deck is spectacular and practical for lake vacation with solar lights on walkway bridge. All little things you do not want bring were there from beach to paper towels and coffee cooking options. I am "lake vacay" convert after this stay and I thought I will never say that! Gorgeous house and hosts!

The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and in a very convenient location. We used ride share to The Battery and Truist Park for a Braves game. Lots of nearby towns with plenty to do and see. Tubing down the Chattahoochee from Roswell was fun, too! Wish we had some time for the beautiful tennis court in the backyard. We lucked out on this place over Labor Day weekend because it is normally booked.

This was our 3rd stay at Sonia's place in nine years, and we found the place just as charming and welcoming as it was nine years ago, which is amazing... Everything was sparkling clean and remarkably comfortable, with very generous amenities (certainly relative to what you usually get at hotels or at other airbnb's). Communicating with Sonia was easy as always. And the pool table is still unforgettable! we're looking forward to our fourth stay, highly recommended!

The room was beautiful and had room to move around. It was so quiet and peaceful. We heard the water running in the creek and even saw a buck cross the creek. Very restful. We will go back.

Jaheda’s air bnb was a wonderful hidden gem! Perfect and cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Was clean, great kitchen with everything we needed and had plenty of room for my two toddlers to run around. Will definitely rent again next time I am in the area. Jaheda is also very responsive on the messaging app and answered all questions and concerns prior to arrival and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Everything was great at Elizabeth's place, and she was a super friendly host. We were very comfortable as a family of three with the kid on the pull out. Beautiful garden and chickens to spend time in was a great bonus.

Staying at Danielle and Erik’s place was amazing and very clean!! The view was outstanding. I would most definitely recommend this for anyone who’s just wanting to get away and relax!! Looking forward to returning soon and their hospitality was top shelf!! Thank you both for a wonderful weekend!!

Such an amazing & peaceful stay ! The property is absolutely beautiful & very quiet. The space was very clean and cozy , smelled amazing when we first walked in. It was also very private which we appreciated . Will definitely stay again !

The hosts were quick to respond and it's a great spot for a short term stay. I only wish the kitchen had an oven (or there was access to a grill - I stayed a bit longer) and the fan was stronger (I'm a fan snob). But otherwise great! Got the job done! Would stay there again!

Loved our stay here. It was quiet, relaxing and had some sweet welcoming touches from our host. My husband, 2 year old and I had a great and easy stay. It was just as described, close to town and comfortable. We would stay again.

This location is so convenient to downtown Roswell and worked out perfectly for my trip. It's an ideal spot for a solo traveler (like me) and/or someone that works remotely (good internet and she provided an extra monitor too). It's basically the bottom floor of a nice house in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is just a short distance to great restaurants.

Great setup for a basement suite. Beautifully finished. Access to everything.

My family and I had a terrific long weekend stay at the S&S hideaway. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend this spot if you find yourself in Northern Georgia.

PB's place is a bit off the beaten path, but in a good way. Nice scenery. The studio was large, clean, well-appointed, and very tastefully decorated. We felt safe and slept well in the very comfortable bed. Perfect for the half-way stopover during our trip to Sarasota.

This place was exactly as described and was a peaceful spot for my older inlaws to stay for a few weeks. Absolutely lovely!

Really nice overall, I think I would book again if I came by. Only thing I noted was that some nights were a bit noisy, could notice a lot of bumping around, yelling, snoring. Regular things; nothing out of the ordinary for a persons home, but other than that it didn’t bother us that much. Lovely place!

Kristie was so friendly. The place is exactly what we were looking for. It was a great location to all of the places we visited. It was so cute and comfortable and my six year old son adopted his little bunk bed space. I will be back and I will encourage anyone looking to visit the area to stay here
