The pictures does not do this condo justice! The river view in the double decks is amazing! We loved having our coffee and late night drinks out on the deck. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to just about everything… tubing outpost and the main downtown restaurants. But not right on top of the hustle and bustle so it makes it quiet. Very clean. Grateful for the starter packs for the dishwasher and laundry. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Quick trip from Florida. Great spacious place for the family and pricing was on point comparatively to the surrounding market. Will 100% recommend and book this exact condo in the near future.

Beautiful place, everyone was so happy when they walked in. Everything you would need in a home was there, you could buy groceries and use the whole kitchen. Beds are a little on the stiff side. You can walk to downtown but it’s a little on the far side. If you like night life there’s a couple great spots near by. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They do hold their no cancellation policy, so if there’s an emergency please be aware they are hard set on no cancelling. If you wanted to relax inside, it was a very nice cozy space for multiple people in the living room. I also enjoyed the fireplace, as it was very cold outside.

The entrance is around the corner of the building but otherwise the space is large, comfortable, walkable, and is as described.

This was a very cozy, comfortable stay. A balcony overlooking the beautiful river. It had a dark, cold, comfortable bedroom. The king size bed was roomy with a great mattress. We felt at home.

Great place to stay in Helen! We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants easily. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was convenient to get in and out of.

What a perfect place to stay in Helen. Just a few steps away from Betty’s Country Store (grocery store). They have so many hand made things from the local area there as well. As well as a bar with live music. The location is a very short distance to the square. We had 3 families and each room has their own bathroom, except the kids room. Suited our needs perfectly. I can only imagine how wonderful sitting in the outside porch would be in warmer weather. The condo is nicely decorated, with a comfy feel. The beds were comfortable. I’d advise throwing in some spray oil, tinfoil and plastic wrap. There were plenty of kitchen items. The downstairs bedroom has a kitchenette. There’s a microwave, dorm size fridge, and coffee pot. The location was so nice not to have to move your car and pay for parking in the town. We ate at the Brickhouse Pizza and Pasta restaurant adjacent to the property and it was very good. We had an excellent stay and would stay again!

Cyle’s condo was just as described : neat, tidy, updated, well lit, plenty of accessories and they left us a “ welcome” gift with some snacks and drinks .. a kind and thoughtful gift.. We would highly recommend their place with its soft yet comfortable bedding, very good and well maintained a/c/ heating unit.

Super great! My wife left a necklace and he had it mailed back the next day. I will stay there every time.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. She worked remotely from the unit while I was at my company's nearby facility. It was a comfortable place for her to work. WiFi performance was flawless. The kitchen is modern and was well-equipped for our purpose. Bedroom was comfortable. The location is quiet. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

I stay w Ren frequently. Love the place and the location - near highway for easy access to city and plenty of super restaurants in the area. Ren is a great host!

We absolutely loved our time in Helen and the lodging was no exception. The place was very clean and was only a minute or so from most of the things we did downtown. It was nice that the neighborhood was gated and made us feel at ease. Would recommend for sure!

Came as a last minute weekend getaway with my husband. The town was wonderful and the apartment is within walking distance of everything. Apartment was clean and cute. Loved the fireplace but didn't use it, something to turn on and use during cold months. Only complaint we have is WiFi was very spotty but we didn't have very good service in the town anyway.
