Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown and Anderson University. Newly furnished, large smart TV's in every room. Great restaurants and Brewery's. Perfect spot for work or getaway. This house has a large patio area out side. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Fenced in back yard.

Pat was extremely communicative and the home fit our family of 10 perfectly. There are 2 large bedrooms on the main level, one, a King with small private bath and the other, a queen bed with large private bathroom. There were 2 additional full baths on the main level as well. The kitchen was extra large, very well stocked and accommodated our large family! There is an oversized family room with lots of seating and a bar area too! The family room off the kitchen faces the back deck and the lake and I enjoyed lots of time there reading books to my Grand baby. The back deck was oversized and the home literally sits on Lake Hartwell ! The back dock was a nice bonus as was the hot tub! The downstairs does have some steep stairs so I wouldn't advise elderly people sleeping down there. However, you will find a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a third bedroom/bonus/flex space with 2 full beds. We loved our family time there celebrating our daughter's wedding! We can't wait to go back!

Don’t hesitate, just book it! The host was great, the place is better than the pictures and it is easy to find. I completely agree with one of the other reviews, it just feels like home when you walk in, comfortable is the best description I can give. We will be back!

Very rarely if ever, do I feel like doing something kind for my host. She was friendly right off the bat and super considerate to what we have been going thru. We had the electrical rewired in our home and needed to stay on schedule with 2 children in local schools. She didn’t hesitate to treat us like guests in her own home. She is truly one of a kind and has a beautiful home with everything one would need to enjoy their stay. With 20 years of restaurant management behind me I appreciated everything her kitchen offered to from the dish washer to the sprayer at the kitchen sink. The boys loved the rooms and having their own space. I Loved our stay and absolutely adore this host. Thank you Eunice you are a blessing and a wonderful host. 5 STARS! Will recommend! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

We spent our wedding weekend in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it the perfect space with an amazing view, but Melinda went above and beyond for us! We were greeted with goodies to congratulate us on our upcoming nuptials, she checked in on us after a storm passed through, and was so responsive to each message. The kids loved the games and s’more’s she provided and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock swings. We cannot wait to visit again when the weather warms up to fully enjoy the lake! We could not recommend this place or this host more!

Our stay at the lake house was great! The house was clean and had good quality beds and amazing views. The location is perfect—right on the lake and with a private dock where you can find kayaks and paddle boards. The back deck was perfect for relaxing on. We also opted to add the jet skis, which were a highlight and so much fun to zip around on! The listing was accurate, and the fire pit added a nice touch. We felt right at home, and we liked the value for a great property. Carter was easy to work with on anything and appreciate the hospitality.
