My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

Great apartment for a ski weekend to Big Boulder. Clean, cozy, comfortable apartment that easily fit our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). We visited in the winter but could easily see how the apartment would be great during the summer, fall, and even spring. Beautiful view, well-appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sharon’s for a weekend of skiing. Sharon’s ski condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean and neat. It was decorated so nice and felt so cozy! The views of the lake and mountain were beautiful. It was a very peaceful. We absolutely loved it. The location was great for skiing at big boulder. Sharon was a the best host as communication was excellent and Sharon was so friendly. She allowed us to check out a little later in the date of our departure. There was tons of information on all local places etc and a guest handbook with any/all information you would need. We will absolutely be back! Chelsea’s place was nice and cozy! I especially loved the real plants, faux fur heavy bedding, an assortment of different pillows, and the giant love sac bean bag. Chelsea was very nice and responsive and offered a free late checkout to wait out an ice storm. Host made sure walkways were cleared and ice melt was put down before checkout, which shows how much they care about their guests and their property. Parking was very easy and in front of the unit, which made it very helpful to carry in our belongings. I felt very safe and secure at this location. Thanks for a great stay Chelsea!

Paul was a great host! Me and my girlfriend were staying here doing a little road trip for her birthday from Connecticut! The space was so clean and comfortable for the both of us! We both loved it and would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in the Scranton area! I would definitely come back!!

The host was really responsive and was able to accommodate our last minute booking after our other place canceled on us. The place was clean and cozy. We would definitely come back.

Condo was very clean, well stocked (our kids loved the toys and games!!l and in a phenomenonal location. Pool area was beautiful and very well kept. You are able to get guest passes to Boulder Lake Club (kayaking, etc) for an extra fee.

Our stay at this house was great! We definitely made it our home for the weekend. We are a loud bunch (respectively), just talking, laughing, a little karaoke. We had no complaints. 😁 We appreciate the games that were supplied & all the necessities for our cooking needs. My boyfriend did laugh at the T.Vs being small, but we weren't there for that. We had a blast! Thank You! #greatmemories❤️

Overall we had a lovely stay. Beautiful lakeside views. The home was cozy and clean. A few things- the kitchen did not have basic cooking ingredients, such as cooking oil and pepper. We also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and ran out before the end of our stay. We did not realize from the listing that the lake access would be an extra charge. We assumed staying at the house we would be able to enjoy the lake without an extra fee. It was clear that the kayak/ sport rentals would be an extra charge, but the beach access did not seem to be explicitly stated. Maybe that was our misreading, but just a heads up for anyone else… In addition, the door code provided did not work upon arrival. We had to call and send a picture of our ID in order to get a different code to enter the property.

Our family had a great time at the lake house. We loved that there were bathrooms for each bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen areas were spotless. Loved the selection of games. The house was well stocked but must bring your own soap and shampoo.

This property was not available due to a maintenance issue so we were booked at a similar condo in the same development. We enjoyed the lake view and the pool. The swim beach was close but you have to drive a few minutes to get there, and we didn’t check it out this time. The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and linens, cleaning supplies, and laundry soap. Some of the activities we enjoyed with approximate travel times were 1) fish and pay lake (20-30 minutes away), 2) scenic train ride at Jim Thorpe (30 minutes away) 3) Bushkill Falls (1 hour) 4) Crayola experience (1 hour).
