The house was just as described. Comfortable bed, plenty of linens, and all the morning coffee essentials. Walked to nearby Whipsaw Brewing that had a food-truck with great food. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the university.

We love Melissa's place! We have stayed here previously and everything is always great! We feel very comfortable and at home when staying here. The kids have requested to come back here every year! Some things we've loved; very clean home, dog friendly, kids' area and bunks downstairs, hot tub, stocked with all the needed houseware essentials, grocery store nearby, close to skiing (around 30 mins drive), feels very safe

The initial stay (work trip) was about two weeks followed by another 3 week's stay. I raved about it so much that my company decided it's where everyone will stay for the next 3 months or so. When I reached out, he reached right back (even when I asked questions that were clearly explained in the info page). I think the value was exceptional and the location is great. Peaceful and scenic.

Wonderful place and very comfortable which was a huge plus given the rain episodes. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all our meals there easily. Our host was very generous with supplies. We hope to be back.

The Cowboy House was a perfect stay for our group of 5 folks + 1 dog. The house is peaceful and cozy, and everything was as described. The large grassy lawn was especially nice for the dog, and the covered patio made for a relaxing hang in the mild spring showers. Taylor's communication was great throughout. We'd definitely stay again!

Wonderful accommodations for a multi-generational family getaway for grandparents, parents and young grandkids, with main floor sleeping room and plenty of space for family-friendly fun. Great location for a peaceful retreat and close to Plain Hardware and Leavenworth for a day trip.

great value and was very clean and cozy when we arrived with charming holiday decorations. location is amazing being right next to the river and close to lake Wenatchee and 25 mins to Leavenworth. We had a wonderful time visiting during the holidays and was so happy how welcoming it was for our dog too. even the neighborhood was great with lots of neighbors saying hi and waking their dogs off leash. we did find the master bed a little uncomfortable and the wall heaters can make a bit of noise when turning on and off but overall these weren't big issues. would definitely stay again

Our weekend at the S’mores Code getaway was absolutely magical! The home was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. The retractable pool and warm hot tub were a huge hit, and we loved exploring the area on our bikes as a family. The peaceful surroundings and clear, helpful instructions made everything stress-free, and we truly felt right at home. We were two families staying at the house for the weekend. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The outside space is stunning and we had a lot of fun with the fire pit, hot tub and looking at the beautiful forest. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having three full bathrooms! We had plenty of towels and everything we needed to cook. We loved the X-Large dining table comfortably seated all 8 of us! Would definitely like to stay again!

What a wonderful home to stay in! Hot tub was perfect, master bathroom is huge! Kitchen is large and well appointed, and the host responds within minutes if you need something!

The perfect family-friendly house. Very spacious for our family of 4, could easily accommodate more! Our boys loved the game room and bunk beds. We enjoyed the the "coffee room" for breakfast overlooking the water and mountains. The large deck was also a bonus! We didn't end up using the pool, but this would be a great option during warmer months! Prime location near a couple of beaches, downtown Manson and several family-friendly wineries! Just a quick drive to downtown Chelan. Would definitely stay again and already recommend this property to a friend!

Great spot! House was perfect for hanging out, slept 7 easily, and great for cooking. Very clean and cozy. The living room could do with one more chair :)

Loved this place! Such a beautiful location and view. Would be a great place any time of year. Only about 5 minutes outside of town. Definitely visit The Alps candy store next door. Would definitely book again.

This was an absolutely beautiful location which we would visit again about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. Our family felt right at home expensive home with a hot tub and all the amenities is needed for a family to enjoy themselves. Highly recommend.

Ski cabin only 15 min from Stevens. Nice cozy, clean base for our family ski adventures. Beds are comfy but on the smaller side. Also the cabin is right next to the main road so can hear train pass through at night. Otherwise comfortable living room and kitchen. We enjoyed the board games available and there is a video game console upstairs. We loved that it stayed warm in every room throughout the day and night!

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It was exactly as we expected based on the listing. The garage was filled with entertainment for the kids (and the adults!) and the community was stunning! The home was beautiful and met all of our needs. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were huge. The kitchen was perfect for a large group. We would definitely stay here again.
