Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Highlight ist der Ausblick. Einfach wahnsinn und traumhaft!! In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und Nicole ist super hilfreich und gibt auch gute Tipps & Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Sie war immer schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Märkte. Man fühlt sich sehr Einheimisch, da es keine Touristen gibt und dafür viele italienische Dörfer. Man erlebt also Italien im Original 😁

Un bijou caché dans les arbres, au bord du lac, un havre de paix au cœur d'une des plus belles régions d'Italie. La communication avec Antonio et Oscar est au top, l'accueil en personne chaleureux et appréciable. Le logement, caché dans les arbres, est encore plus beau que sur les photos, les grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue époustouflante sur le lac et les montagnes. La terrasse, le ponton et l'embarcadère privé permettent de profiter de l'extérieur de manière privative. La proximité d'un petit supermarché est un atout. Mandello del Lario est situé plutôt centralement sur le lac, Varenna est à une vingtaine de minutes, Bellagio a 45 minutes. Une adresse à laquelle nous souhaitons déjà retourner.

La posizione della casa è semplicemente meravigliosa: sembra di essere a bordo di una barca, immersi nella bellezza del paesaggio. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. La pulizia è impeccabile e i servizi offerti sono ottimi. Un consiglio: è meglio fare la spesa sulla terraferma, perché, data la conformazione dell’isola, non è molto agevole né conveniente farla direttamente sull’isola. Soggiorno perfetto, consigliatissimo!

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's! He was very communicative and shared helpful information in advance of our arrival. He also met us at the house when we arrived to show us how to use the appliances, etc. The house has everything you need (e.g., well-equipped kitchen) and was very comfortable (nice bedding, towels, etc.). The view is even better in person than pictured. We had rain all but one day of our stay and even in the rain it was stunning. If you have nice weather, the property is a short walk to a beach and playground with great views and access to bars/restaurants. We also had a lovely lunch at Il Crotto, which is a short walk away and had excellent gelato at Gelateria Artigianale Al Pontile every day. Highly recommend Maurizio's place for a peaceful and stunning vacation!

This place is in an incredible location and the interior feels authentic to the small lakeside town. The host was very sweet and responsive - highly recommend.

O apartamento estava ótimo! Exatamente como nas fotos, fácil de encontrar e a localização é perfeita!! Bem próximo do centro de Varenna, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem e a dormida é confortável e silenciosa, a entrada é linda e os arredores também, foi tudo ótimo!!

The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, private garden/terrace... a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and only a 10-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. The host is always available and pleasant. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want your own little oasis of peace and yet be close to all the tourist attractions on Lake Como. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer ♡

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Gravedona, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Il giardino intorno all’appartamento è davvero ampio con una veranda carinissima per fare cene con gli amici e in compagnia. Casa accessoriata di tutto, Nicola, il figlio di Monica davvero disponibile e gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Soggiorno impeccabile lo consiglio per una vacanza relax !

Wir haben Fabio leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da er arbeitsbedingt unterwegs war. Was aber nicht schlimm war, weil er uns alles telefonisch ausführlich mitgeteilt hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Lage ist auch wunderbar. Die Bilder entsprechen die Wahrheit. An 2 Tagen war das Wetter kalt und windig, die Wohnung etwa warm zu bekommen war nicht einfach. Aber nicht schlimm.

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Unterkunft und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht war besonders schön, es ist alles schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir konnten Varenna gut zufuß erreichen (ca. 25 Minuten), allerdings sind die Fußgänger Wege sehr schmal und nah an fahrenden Autos, was eine erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Von Varenna aus kann man viele Fähren in die Nachbarorte nehmen. Alle Orte lassen sich prima fussläufig erkunden, dadurch sparten wir uns viele Parkgebühren. Der Comer See hat uns sehr gefallen und ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Rindo ist ein super Gastgeber! Er hat uns viele Informationen und Tipps für Unternehmungen und die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr schön, sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet, perfekt gelegen und sehr sauber. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir hatten ein paar traumhafte Tage in Gabrieles toller Unterkunft. Ein gemütliches, wirklich sehr originelles kleines Häuschen auf drei Stockwerken, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen kreativen Details. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See im sehr charmanten mittelalterlichen Rezzonico. Gabriele war äusserst angenehm und zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. Leider war die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr besonders, perfekt um sonnige und ruhige Tage direkt am Wasser zu genießen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab auch zwei Kajaks mit denen man vom Garten aus direkt ins Wasser konnte. Silvia war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen war sie immer erreichbar. Das einzige negative war, dass es relativ kalt war im Haus, da das Wetter oft regnerisch war (April) und die einzigen Heizmöglichkeiten ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer und kleinere mobile Heizstrahler waren. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Silvia :)

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und den sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Höhenunterschiede sind ausreichend beschrieben und waren für uns problemlos. Unsere Einschätzung bzgl. der Restaurants bezieht sich auf die umliegenden Orte. Vor Ort waren diese durch uns aus pers. Gründen nicht nutzbar. In der Beschreibung (Airbnb) sollte ergänzt werden, dass das Nachbargebäude den Zugang über die Terrasse nutzt, was für uns keine Beeinträchtigung darstellte , da die Wohneinheit nicht belegt war.

Vi spenderade nästan en vecka här och tyckte det var det absolut bästa alternativet vi kunde hittat. Gångavstånd till allt och härlig privat trädgård med fler än 3 olika katter på besök varje gång man satt där. Vi gick till nästan alla restauranger dem rekommenderade och fick helt fantastisk mat serverad! Dem svarar snabbt på meddelanden och erbjöd sig till och med att hjälpa oss med en sak vi funderade över efter klockan 22:00 på kvällen, topp service! Om vi åker tillbaka bor vi absolut här...

Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement pour un séjour au lac de Côme. L’appartement est au calme, très bien équipé, et particulièrement propre. Nous avons trouvé la literie très confortable. La terrasse avec vue permet de prolonger la journée (option couché de soleil !) L’appartement se situe sur la rive plus « sauvage » du lac, et permet facilement de visiter les villages et de partir en randonnée. Chiara est une hôte adorable, attentive, réactive et de bons conseils. Bref, c’est un sans faute pour un super séjour !
