Chad & Shari were quick to let us know we could check in early. The house is in a great location for many activities in the area. Check in easy. We came to town for winter fun. We spent two days at Boyne. The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 10 adults and kids. We definitely want to come back to check out the area in the summertime.

The lake house was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of blankets and pillows. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks were really nice to have. Would definitely recommend.

This was an incredible experience. Brenden helped me out when I was in a panic about where to stay after a previous reservation had fallen through. Very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The property was beautiful and house was clean. Garage was spacious and rooms were perfect for guests we had. The only bummer was the rain all weekend to not enjoy the outdoors/lake but the company was good! Would highly recommend not only this property but Brenden as a host!

As a group of 8 we were worried about privacy and space. Once we arrived we were blown away at all the space, the amazing location and amenities. Kyle and Alena were beyond accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have gotten through the weekend without them and or without the help of their friends and family. We felt like we had been coming to their place for years !! Any questions we had they answered right away and even gave us super helpful tips and advice for our stay ! We really appreciate you all, and cannot wait to return !! 16 out of 10 ;) If you are visiting rent the pontoon boat !! The area has so much to do and see and the price is a steal !

This place was great!! Long Lake is beautiful, clean, and warm. We had a ton of fun swimming and using the kayaks and paddleboards provided. Life jackets available to use as well. It's a super close drive to Traverse City, and not terribly far from sleeping Bear Dunes, making it a really great location. The full sizeds were comfortable enough, but a little tight. The bedrooms were roomy. There is only one air conditioning unit in the main living space, not in the bedrooms. But we were provided with multiple fans which helped. The road is busy, which is ok, but made opening the window at night for cool air isn't really an option with car noise. The kitchen was fantastic. All the needed utensils and cookware and huge bonus of providing Tupperware to store leftovers which was a great added touch. Hosts were also very responsive and flexible with check in, which was very appreciated. Overall, had a fantastic time exploring the area and so nice having a homey and beautiful place to stay!

Helena's place is perfect to have a cozy weekend with friends and family. The view from the living room is amazing and makes it a good spot to sit and play card games. It is at a decent distance from Petoskey. Has good food options nearby as well. Overall, the stay was really great!!

The host was so friendly, the views were beyond stunning. And I found a petoskey!! I wish I had never left!

It was absolutely beautiful. The trees had just changed colors and it was such a nice view! It was quiet and private. During business hours, you can hear the wine tasting room but that didn’t bother me at all. We stopped in and the staff were super friendly and helpful. So happy to have visited. Highly recommend!

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

We enjoyed our stay while in town to ski. Easy walking distance to restaurants for a person that enjoys walking, even in the cold. Thanks for letting us stay in your cute airbnb!! Don and Jill

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

Conveniently located to restaurants / bars! Large space for a party of 4. Everyone was comfortable! We enjoyed it!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a perfect location. Could walk to town and other stores were close by. Place was better than expected.

Easy to find. Place was clean and Madison responded quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

The cottage was exactly what we expected, and more so. The view of the lake was just as spectacular in the morning as it was in the evenings!! Such a fun stay - 4 kids and they had a blast. The place was great - We had a bonfire every night, cozy, but perfect for a family of six! The kids had a blast and it was a great home base. We took trips every day out to the local spots Traverse City, Elk Lake, Torch Lake , Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, etc. It had everything we needed: for a small house we really appreciated the two bathrooms and the three bedrooms. The kitchen had all we needed and the laundry really helped too! Fresh renovations, and a responsive and friendly host to boot. It’s a little bit cold in April and Michigan, but I’m certain the lake is beautiful in the summer. I would book again and would recommend to anybody with a family for trip up to northern Michigan.

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was so cute and I just loved how they decorated it! We absolutely loved the hot tub and used it every day! We decided to walk down to the beach through all the snow, would love to stay in the summer when we can actually go swimming!! Ate at Peegeos twice during our stay, so close and so good, get the cheesecake! So delicious and made from scratch! We will definitely be back!

I’d give Julie’s place tens stars ⭐️ perfect place for two! Breath taking views of the lake, quiet. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the Petoskey area. Julie was a great host! Thank you!

The house was nicely decorated & looked like the pictures in the listing. We loved all the rooms. Scott was very responsive & accommodating. The family had a great time. We would love to use it again in the summer to explore the lake and nearby towns.

Great, quite location. Well equipped and clean. Our dog loved the big yard to run while we relaxed on the nice deck. It's very dark at night, take a big basket for all the stars. Loved it, thanks Michelle
