Had a great experience and everything was clean. Everything you have at home is there. No need to bring pans and pots to cook. Theres also a grill! The people there are very nice and will definitely go back again.

Overall excellent. We had an issue checking in late at night, mostly our fault. The instructions from the owner did not contain the building access code because it was buried in the details from AirBnb. Also, the sofa is not acceptable as a bedding option for a 3rd person. Again, mostly our fault, but perhaps the owner should discourage 3 people.

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

A great find to spend a bachelor/bachelorette weekend in Austin! The hosts were very quick with communication & made the trip effortless. We are very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful condo with a fantastic rooftop pool and stunning city views. The location was perfect for Rainey Street and the trail, and Vivian & Ryan were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Roof top pool amazing. View of Austin is amazing. Clean, moden buildings. Best gym I have ever seen at a hotel. Great for morning walks. Fast internet. $10 uber to 6th St night life. My only kick on the place is the cost of parking. But that is fully disclosed in the discription of the apartment. $40++ a night is very steep. Over the road open parking is $35. It's valet parking. I would prefer to park my own car and make it cheaper. Not sure if there's other options close by, I didn't really look into it. Great location, having the parking bay was very handy and big enough to fit our big American car. There was a bus stop to take us to down town Austin close by, we also walked into Austin a few times which took approx 40 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nompumelelo was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again would definitely stay at this apartment as so close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Can not fault this apartment.

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

We stayed here for a long weekend. This was our first time in Austin. We thought the condo was very centrally located and was a great place to come back to after an active day of checking out the area. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Had a great 3 night stay. Luis was helpful, friendly, responded quickly to any questions, and provided a great space for our stay in Austin. Also really enjoyed that we were less than 10 minutes to anything we had planned and unplanned for our trip. Heb and south congress strip few blocks away, short drive to bat bridge, zilker park, downtown, all things we enjoyed during our stay! Would stay again!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

Everything was great the only thing I can say was the bed was a bit small and the couch was totally not comfortable to sit a relax. Just my opinion I feel the bed should be in good condition cause it’s were people get to rest.But other then that the place was quiet and relaxing would definitely come back and recommend.

Best deal in Austin! Stayed here with 9 friends for a bachelor party - we had a great time. Plenty of sleeping arrangements - easy walk to Rainey and 6th street, short scooter/run to Barton Springs. The space was clean, pool was great. Lynn even provided coffee and snacks. I would stay at their place again in a heartbeat!
