Homey and peaceful place to stay with big family. I stayed with my family for Raya’s holiday and we have two kids with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and we have all the necessary and amenities that we need. The host - William was such a proactive and nice host! Gave us a very clear instructions on how to check in and was very generous to extend for late checkout. Plus, parking space can fit all 3 cars that we brought over, so we don’t need to park outside the house. We will definitely be booking this place again if we visit Ipoh in the future with our big family.

Kami recommend sangat tempat ni untuk berkumpul sekeluarga!! Rasa macam duduk di kampung, rumah selesa (toilet selasa!), anak-anak bebas bermain. Pool agak jauh sikit dari rumah. Sungai pun best, ada tempat cetek untuk kanak-kanak & ada tempat yang dalam untuk dewasa berendam. Akan book lagi next time kalau datang beramai2 👍

My family and I were very enjoyed staying at Vivian's place. Vivian and MK gave me the good instruction to reach their place, they are very friendly and helpful. The place is decorated with unique and antique decorations, as a Malaysian staying at this homestay make us feel like go back to the childhood time. The room space organised well, the equipments they provided was exactly what we needed, such as basic toiletries, towels, hairdryer, dinnerwares, table for mahjong, space for smoking, space for tea & chitchat. Staying at Vivian's place just like staying at home, we are looking forward our next trip to stay here again!

Clean and tidy premises . Each room has attached bathroom and a bathroom at downstairs which is very convenient. Amelia can be reached out easily and responded to enquiries in a speedy manner. Just to take note that all the Rooms are located upstairs .

Beautiful and clean apartment with comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, cozy living and dining area. It has all the necessities eg. mini-fridge, water dispenser, robot vacuum cleaner, dish steriliser, hair dryer, etc. Ann, the host, was very responsive to all messages, communicates clearly and flexible with check in time. Definitely highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the stay the place was cozy and has a great view there are a lot of restaurants nearby definitely booking it again

Great homestay, clean, comfortable feels like home. Homestay location also very strategic, not too crowded and nearby many attractions.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough! It is an absolutely beautiful apartment and Sandy is an amazing host. We especially loved all of the little extra touches and the warm welcome. Sandy’s recommendations were great and she responded to our messages really quickly and helpfully. The apartment was very spacious and the pool was great! We don’t think that you will find a better place to stay in Ipoh! Thanks Sandy!!

Had a wonderful stay! Samantha was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a great coffee machine. Rooms were very comfy and cozy. The place is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The photos are true to reality, and everything was just as expected. Would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommended!

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.

The appartment was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Convenient and quiet. Close to sports complex. Very kids friendly with toys and cutlery included. Friendly security staff. Walking distance to eateries. Just to note that call to prayer (Azan) can be a bit loud if you're a light sleeper but for Muslims it's a plus. Will highly consider staying again.

the unit was spotless clean! I've been to many homestays but never found one this clean. very satisfied with that. I stayed for work in the area so having the water dispenser and washing machine in the unit were very convenient. food was easy to get too. there's a mamak place and convenience stores just outside the complex. most importantly, it's very secure and peaceful. guards are around 24/7 and neighbours are also very quiet. Highly recommended.

The accomodation was great, clean and complete. its very comfortable, and secure. All instructions is crystal clear. the bed was comfy the bathroom is clean. Host Alvin very responseful and fast to reply to any texts.
