From the farm tour to our actual ranch house, this was nothing short of a fever dream! The best experience ever from start to finish! You would be crazy not to book this place! Cannot wait to come back!!!

We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

We booked this for a family reunion to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary and it was perfect! Plenty of space for 12 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn. There was so much to do at the house that we didn't really need to leave, but did make a few trips (golf, drive to Julian) that were close. Even with so many people, we never felt crowded. The game room was fantastic and the pool and spa were great. When we encountered an issue with the spa heat, the owner came personally (at 8:00 pm) to check it out. When it couldn't be fixed then, the pool team were there bright and early the next day and ended up replacing the spa heater so we were good for the rest of the stay! Hosts are extremely responsive. The kitchen was well equipped for all of the cooking we did. Overall a wonderful choice for us and we would not hesitate to book again at this location!

This is a very nice house with beautiful decor, a gorgeous pool, and a lovely living room. The landlord responds quickly to messages and is very responsible, helping us resolve all issues. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

We were in Huntington Beach for a family wedding and decided to get an Air BnB for our group. It was a great location! It was nice to settle in and cook a meal or two. We especially enjoyed the front patio. The garage was well stocked with beach gear but sadly the weather didn’t really corporate this time. We’d recommend this house if you find yourself in HB!

We had 3 families with kids and the place was perfect! Lots of space for everyone. Bunk bed room was fun for all the kids. Very close to ski area. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Nick’s home was absolutely beautiful. Felt safe and at peace in the area that the home was located in! The home itself is very spacious with multiple large bedrooms, a large backyard & front yard as well. Otto their dog was extremely friendly and a great guard dog ! Definitely will be staying here again!

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

Nicholas was an excellent and gracious host - the house was very easy to check into with a welcome/informational book. Clean, comfortable, and spacious home with beautiful grounds. I booked the home for family that was visiting from overseas, and they were all very pleased with the place! It was a great place to rest in between all the activities Southern California has to offer. My mom did have trouble finding one of the bedrooms when she got there in the evening, and Peter, the co-host, was very responsive and helped her out haha

My friends and I came down from Big Bear for a wine tasting weekend. We loved the house, and the views, coming from the mountains we're use to spectacular settings and have high standards. Daniel's place looks like the pictures and is very tranquil. The layout of the house allows for each guest to have privacy and also gather comfortably in common areas. The pool is more of a hot tub, but is big enough for four. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and early morning hot balloons in the distance when we woke up in the morning. An easy drive to the wineries, a bit further to town but everything is accessible. Would definitely rent again.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

Our experience at this property was excellent. The home was impeccably maintained, well-equipped, and featured thoughtful amenities. The host was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Although we were well aware of the 9pm outdoor curfew ahead of time, it presented some minor challenges, but it did not detract from the overall quality of our stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

This home is so beautiful! We really enjoyed the lovely pool and patio area. The master bedroom is incredible. Great view and really nice bathroom. The only glitch was an ant issue. But Patti was very responsive. Thank you! This was a long awaited week for our family to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. I appreciate all the referrals and good communication from Patti. We just finished a three night stay and could not have been happier. We were two families with three teenage boys and everyone was very happy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We took a beautiful walk through gorgeous neighborhoods to Larchmont for brunch. We enjoyed playing pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing.

We stayed at Dan & Iryna's home for a week with our daughter and grandkids for spring break. The 3 boys ages 6, 9 & 11 loved the pool and never wanted to leave! We had plenty of room. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies. The area is peaceful and quiet. We would definitely love to come back!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! It was very private, gorgeous setting, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! We would love to come back here when it's warmer to use the pool. The pool was heated - a plus! We met the groundskeeper, Roberto. He was very helpful amd even gifted is some mandarins from their grove. A great stay overall!

We were so happy to find Rikki’s place. It enabled our family to spend meaningful time together during a holiday. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was a beautiful amenity during the warm weather. We would definitely rent this house again!

Helena was a great host. The home was clean, organized, well stocked. Perfect house with beautiful views and the pool area was a wonderful spot to spend all day with friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again if we plan on being in the Escondido area!
