Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

I will definitely stay here again, it’s really the best location, right on the beach, not far from the pier and the harbor. Restaurants nearby. The pool is giant, so is the hot tub. The host was very friendly and responsive. It was a really nice place.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

This nicely renovated condo was a such a gem! We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to get to spend our vacation in such a charming place. My 5 year old actually got emotional about us having to leave, not because she was going to miss Catalina but because she didn’t want to leave this condo. Specifically she liked how cute the decorations were and how fun the patio was to play on. We had to walk up a little hill to get there (could have paid for a ride), but it was so worth it! Hosts were great! Check in and out were made easy. 100% recommended.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

I can not speak more highly of Brian's hospitality. He was extremely responsive to messages through the app. The place had very thoughtful snacks, and charging cords. The option to rent a golf cart was great!

Excellent one bedroom unit right on the beach with the perfect location. Exactly as described and ideal for a quick weekend away. We will be back soon I’m sure!

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do.
