Très bel appartement situé idéalement à proximité de Disneyland, commerce de proximité et transport en commun. Il est cosy, bien décoré selon saison. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un magnifique sapin déjà installé. Nous étions pépère, au calme et en parfaite sécurité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Les hôtes sont toujours présent, d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et d’une grande flexibilité. Ils sont arrangeant et hyper chaleureux. Nous reviendrons forcément dans cette perle rare. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les bonnes ondes, les bons emplacements, les bons esprits, la tranquillité, les bonnes personnes 🙏🏿 Merci beaucoup.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Un excellent logement, à seulement 10 minutes en bus de l'aéroport CDG. Proche d'un très joli parc avec jeux pour enfants (à la mairie), de commerces et restaurants. Parfaitement équipé pour couples et familles, même la baignoire bébé y est ! Propreté irréprochable.

We absolutely loved our time here! The apartment is modern, really well kept and had everything we could need. The neighbourhood is quiet but just a short way from a huge shopping centre with everything you could need and a great choice of restaurants. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony before beginning our day. Stephane has been a brilliant host, making everything really simple and being really helpful. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to come back 😁

We had a great stay at Jérôme’s place. Jérôme was very friendly, punctual and responsive. The flat, while small, is neat and cosy, with an eclectic ambience. Something worth keeping in mind is that the flat is on the top floor of the building and the staircase is winding and narrow (there is no lift as far as we could tell), so best not to bring lots of bulky suitcases. Good location - 20-minute walk to Gare du Nord, lots of metro and bus stops close by. Overall great value for money and an excellent experience!

The apartment was really lovely, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well resourced, I even cooked a Christmas dinner for 5. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from RER station, where you can get a train to disney which is only 1 stop, or you can easily walk to disney in about 15/20 minutes. There is a huge shopping centre 6/7 minutes away plus a supermarket just around the corner. Dominique is a fantastic host, he was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had before our stay, and kept in communication to ensure we arrived in the apartment ok, plus he was on call if we had any problems, which we didn't. I can't recommend this apartment enough,we will definitely be returning.

Un apartamento ideal para ir a Disney París, a pocos metros de la estación Val d'Europe que está a una parada de Disney. El apartamento es sencillo pero muy útil y ameno teniendo en cuenta que allí no se pasa mucho tiempo. Las instrucciones para llegar fueron super claros y el detalle de los caramelos un plus que disfrutamos cada dia!!! Gracias!!!

We have stayed with them before. Well worth it this time too. Close to everything we wanted and a nice apartment. If we come back too Paris again I won’t hesitate to book trough them again.

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

L’appartement est lumineux et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le calme du quartier et le confort du logement ont rendu notre séjour très reposant. Nous avons eu des explications claires et précises ce qui a permis notre arrivée et notre départ très fluides. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour il répond parfaitement à la description. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

The location was great with free shuttle to Disneyland. It is also close to the shopping mall and the pool was great fun for the kids. Isabelle was very quick in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

Heerlijk ruime en gezellige woning, van alles voorzien en met 2 fijne badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten superfijn voor een gezin met tieners! In de buurt is genoeg te eten en drinken en met de metro ben je snel overal waar je wilt in Parijs. Om het huis en de garage binnen te komen heb je wel een handleiding nodig, maar Dimitri ontving ons zelf en heeft het duidelijk uitgelegd. De parkeergarage is super (wel wat krap en spannend om binnen te rijden) Voor onze 2 jongens waren het zwembad en de sportzaal een hele grote plus! Dimitri is een fijne host en goed bereikbaar.

Commerces a proximité, appartement ideal pour une famille comme nous de trois enfants dont deux ados. Residence au calme, appartement conforme a la description et hôte tres réactif. On recommande .

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Übernachtungen in Nellys Studio und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Metro war fussläufig gut zu erreichen und damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt um in Paris überall hinzukommen. Nelly selbst war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Im Studio hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Paris war mal wieder definitiv eine Reise wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.
