We had the best weekend! Kid friendly, walkable distance to many things, friendly and helpful owners, beautiful home, everything was a breeze and as described. Would love to stay here again!

This was our third trip to New Orleans with our kids and Edward's place is by far our favorite house! The location is great - a coffee shop a few houses down, park across the street, a few blocks to Magazine, not too far to St. Charles streetcar, and close enough to Audubon Park for my morning runs. There is so much to do nearby, it's also easy to get around the city via bus or streetcar, and there is plenty of street parking if you have a car. The house is amazing! It's clean, beautiful, and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they've had enough family time. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen/bathroom supplies, etc. We enjoyed the pool and lush backyard space every day (it was quite warm already in March). Edward and David are amazing hosts! Super responsive to any questions, great food suggestions, and made us feel right at home. Book this place! It feels more like staying at a friend's than a typical rental. We hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Conveniently located, within walking distance to Magazine St and close to major roads without the noise. Spacious, well designed, clean and nicely laid out. We thought it was even more adorable than anticipated! It suited our family perfectly. We throughly enjoyed and will recommend to friends coming to visit NOLA!

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

From start to finish Jenny and David were outstanding hosts, very friendly, responsive, and flexible when I thought I might need to change our dates due to an injury. Their home is really lovely, beautifully furnished, spacious, and light. And outstanding for visitors to New Orleans since it’s in a shotgun design traditional to New Orleans. The area is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood yet very close to Magazine street restaurants and stores and the bus line into downtown. Also an easy walk to the streetcar. Just fabulous!

Wonderful home, I would certainly stay again!

We booked this place very last minute after multiple problems at our hotel check in. It was the best decision-this place is great!! We’re traveling as a family with teenagers, and they love it as well. It is super clean, the space is cool, and there are thoughtful touches and amenities everywhere. We love the vibe here, and the quiet neighborhood. It’s our first time to New Orleans and we already can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again. The hosts are wonderful-fast communication and helpful info provided the whole way. We are so grateful to have found this place-especially last minute-and would highly recommend anyone to book here.

Our stay was great. The house looked better than what we expected. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. The host was very nice, very responsive and very accommodating. I would stay there again for sure and will recommend to others.

Molly's place was perfect for my quick weekend trip home to NOLA. The location is ideal and walkable to a lot of great things on Magazine St. Molly was a wonderful host. I'd highly recommend staying here for any reason!

Very comfortable and convenient home for a quick stay. The home was located less than 5 minutes from where we were going and had impeccable cleanliness. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The place is clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We were worried about street parking, but had no problems. We were always right in front of the apartment or, at most, two doors down. They are right that the apartment is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in the back, so with white noise it was just fine. We slept really well. I have really bad allergies, but had no problems at all because the house is clean and well-maintained. It's just a few blocks from Whole Foods and Octavia books, so it's a good location. We will stay there again if it's available when we come back!

David’s a great host. Super responsive and friendly. Very proactive in reaching out to make sure we are all good. The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. We had a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Situated right on Magazine street. We were in walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and galleries. It was a short uber to French Quarter, Audubon Zoo, and City Park. Being right next to a wonder coffee shop was a big plus! We would def stay here again.

Charles was very friendly and always responded quickly. We went down south for a quick fishing trip and it was just what we need for a two night stay. We were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Jimmy’s place was a perfect ending for a few relaxing days in Uptown after a long Gulf Coast Road trip. A very friendly host and a perfect place for a family to stay: quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, a nice cafe and restaurants nearby, walking distance to Audubon Park and the St Charles streetcar. The fettuccine recipe was a great touch as well. We already miss this little gem in Uptown and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks Jimmy for making us feel right at home. Geaux Tigers!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Tyra reached out as our reservation approached and then sent clear instructions and pictures the day of to explain check in. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet throughout the day and peaceful at night. If you want to walk around and experience uptown/garden district, this location is perfect for local shops and to see local architecture. We appreciated having such a convenient hub for our visit.
