This stay was the perfect getaway—great location, close to the beach, and felt incredibly safe with security always around. Celine’s team was amazing—super kind, helpful, and felt like family. They even helped rebook my reservations when I got stuck in traffic, no problem at all. The apartment had everything I needed, including a large jug of water, basic seasonings, and a fridge that fit a few days’ worth of groceries (almond milk, eggs, bacon, etc.). One hand towel had a stain, but it was washed—I always travel with my own anyway, so it wasn’t an issue. I’d definitely stay again and next time hope to enjoy the pool and restaurants on the property!

Billy's condo at Mak Nuk Village was absolutely perfect for our trip. Very clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were great as were the bartenders and other guest. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Gorgeous apartment! Everything in the apartment is very high quality. Loved the large sofa and that there is so much seating the in the living room so we could all relax together in the evenings. Has a washer that is also a dryer, plus a drying rack. The private rooftop is beautiful and relaxing. We loved that all windows and doors had screens so we could enjoy the natural breeze. Tons of great restaurants on the main street of the neighborhood within 10 minutes walking. Very safe, we walked at night too. 15 minutes drive to Tulum Ruins and Tulum Beach, very convenient. Roads inside neighborhood are rough so be careful if driving. Many nice common areas in the building. Comes with a parking spot in underground garage which was helpful. Have someone that works there walk you up to apartment, not just tell you how to get there, all sections of the complex look alike. You will not regret booking this place!

I had a fantastic stay! Carol was an amazing host—super responsive, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She even assisted with booking a few things during our trip, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was spotless and modern, with super comfy beds and great amenities. Everything was clean and well thought out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again!

Perfect, modern, clean, stylish condo. The building is really cool with lush, tropical landscaping and a nice pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood with cute, organic cafes a block or two away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have been more happy!

Our family of 4 stayed a week in Najah’s condo. Beautiful, clean and spacious condo! Easy to get to, very private and safe and close to downtown! Najah and her other hosts are probably one of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever dealt with on AirBnB. They made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. We would highly recommend this condo! Such a great gem in the beautiful city of Tulum! Can’t wait to be back!

We spent 10 days in Katie’s Tao Tulum condo, which was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for two couples. The laundry facilities and well-stocked kitchen were great, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, complete with a pool and a walkable neighborhood. **Neighborhood:** The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants like Mamazul, Algeria, and Rossina Cafe. Massage at Tulum Wellness Center and chiropractic with Israel (above Safari Comedor) were just a 6-minute walk away. Chedraui grocery store is a short drive away—just remember to validate your parking ticket! **Beach:** The beach is around a 45-minute walk or a 20-minute drive away. We found biking challenging in the heat, so renting a car or taxi is advisable . Taxis varied in price from $20 to $40for a 7-minute drive. For beach clubs, we recommend La Zebra for its chill vibe and free parking with a receipt—no minimum spend required.

It was a perfect apartment for our stay of 4 nights. Mauricio always responded to us very quickly and was very helpful.

Lugar cómodo. Lo utilizamos prácticamente solo para dormir. La terraza con el jacuzzi y el asador valió la pena.

Would book again in a heartbeat! The building is well maintained, clean, and staff are friendly. The rooftop pool gets plenty of sun, the gym is well equipped, and common spaces are thoughtfully designed. Jorgeva was responsive and addressed any issues we had quickly.

Amazing stay!! In a great location, very walkable and easy to get around Tulum. Loved the rooftop pool and private cinema. Would 100% recommend booking this apartment.

We loved every minute of our stay at Daniels place. The apartment is lovely and has all you need for an incredible stay! The area Aldea Zama is for the sure the best area to stay when visiting Tulum. Place was beautiful. Birds chirping in the morning. Really comfy bed and beautiful shower/bathroom. Close walk to beautiful restaurants market shops and coffee and most of all felt really safe and well looked after as a solo female traveller in this area. Geraldina was also super responsive to questions and offered great local activity suggestions, and staff around accom were super polite and helpful. Situated right next to Hotel with daily yoga and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again.

Muy buen lugar, muy bonito las instalaciones tanto del departamento como del condominio. El jacuzzi salió el agua caliente muy bien y muy privado . La playa está a 7 minutos en coche y todo es de muy fácil acceso El estacionamiento muy seguro igualmente El único inconveniente fue que el check in es hasta las 4 de la tarde, pero fuera de ahí todo muy bien Gracias Gustavo!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à Luis, notre hôte attentionné qui a littéralement fait des pieds et des mains pour nous aider à chaque petit besoin. Il s’est déplacé à plusieurs reprises pour nous dépanner, toujours avec gentillesse et rapidité. L’appartement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un soin remarquable porté aux détails — serviettes bien disposées, vaisselle complète, décoration soignée… tout était parfait pour qu’on se sente chez nous. Le complexe est magnifique, très sécuritaire, et la piscine est superbe et toujours bien entretenue. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % et je remercie sincèrement Luis pour sa disponibilité, son temps, et toutes ses petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence. Merci encore !

Would easily stay here again. It was low season so it was quiet but the place was just as the pictures. There was a small ant infestation, but nothing that can’t be taken care of. The hosts were super responsive and check in was super easy. I’d recommend this place to my friends and I hope to come back and stay there again. Super safe and good community vibes. Loved riding my electric scooter around the neighbourhood

very comfortable, great location. LOTS of good food in walking distance. the pools are all more plunge pools than actual pools. That being said on a hot tulum day, they still feel good.

Perfect place! Fast WiFi! Clean and comfortable bed and everything was as described. Emma and Walter were amazing hosts! Will be back again. 10/10 recommend.
