A+ book it don’t hesitate. A dream home in a dream location. We had such a wonderful stay at this jungle hideaway! The property is absolutely stunning—completely surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and the breathtaking views each morning was honestly magical. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt like the perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. We had a great time relaxing, exploring, and just soaking in the beauty around me. Would definitely come back and already recommending it to friends.

Wonderful place, with a spectacular view! The statue of Christ is super close to Malibu and the host was also super helpful in recommending local restaurants with a 20% discount :) They’re super attentive when it comes to any inquiries or maintenance questions. However, I will say that there were a lot of bugs outside so I recommend bringing repellent. Its location is not that inclined like most places in San Juan, so that was another upside to it. Great location, great staff, great place ❤️

The place was good and everything made our stay very pleasant. The road to get there might be hard for smaller cars, but its manageable. Amelia was a great host, very responsive and the place was everything we expected.

El alojamiento es precioso. Está retirado pero a la vez cerca del centro de San Juan del Sur (approx 10 min). Amelia es rápida en contestar y Walter (el cuidador) es súper amable y atento.

A nuestro parecer, lo mejor es la ubicación. Cerca de San Juan pero aislado de todo, en medio de la selva. Mucha tranquilidad. La cocina está muy bien equipada y Amelia y Walter responde rápido. Algunas cosas necesitan ser reparadas, especialmente el mantenimiento de los muebles de la terraza y las zonas comunes donde está la piscina. Aun así, la estancia ha sido muy buena y la comunidad nos encanta.

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

A magical place for a relaxing stay away from the bustle in town. Nearby Playa Majagual is incredible, great for swimming as the little bay is quite protected, and El Ranchito, the restaurant run by Luis and his family, is awesome. Owner is very responsive. One of my favourite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at.

Jim’s place was beautiful, clean and private ! Great getaway ! Jim was very responsive and very attentive! 100 percent recommended.

Corrin e Jacq foram anfitriões excepcionais. Sempre presentes e super diligentes. A casa, por sua vez, é perfeita: excelente localização, equipada com tudo com o que você precisa (e mais um pouco) e extremamente confortável e agradável. We stayed at CasAnika for three weeks and had an amazing time! The house is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great for remote work, and we loved the pool area and the friendly dogs and cats. Tony was a fantastic host, always helpful and full of great tips. The location is quiet, private and ideal, within walking distance to Maderas and Marsella beaches. We rented a scooter for trips to town but rarely needed to go as the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend!

had a wonderful stay at Emeline's. the location is great and easily walkable to nearby restaurants and groceries. the house is well equipped and the local recommendations of tours, surf spots, restaurants and transportation options was thoughtfully put together. would definitely stay here again.

Most affordable way to surf the awesome waves of Playa Colorados. Located next to a great pizza place and the bikes made getting around Iguana a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

This place was incredible! The views were out of this world, the house was spotless and cozy, and everything was set up perfectly. Zachary and Suyen were great hosts, and Ricardo was super helpful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with beautiful scenery, this is the one. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing! It is very clean, peaceful, private and has beautiful surroundings! The infinity pool is unbelievable with a breathtaking view! This is our second visit to the monkey house! Yubran the caretaker of the house is an excellent chef! He cooked our dinner two nights during our stay! Thank you for sharing your house we love it! ❤️

ThiS was our home for ten days! simply wonderful. For us, four adults, and for our baby and five-year-old daughter! We always walked to the center, which we really liked because it allowed us to come into contact with real San Juaneños. This residence is incredibly beautiful in an incredible location. unfortunately we didn't meet Rob, but we're sure his heart is in the right place. He is very helpful and responds quickly! We could spend our whole lives here :). Thank you, Rob, Catalina and the gardner!!
