After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

Dream은 매우 친절했고 질문에 대한 응답 속도도 빠릅니다. 숙소 역시 사진과 똑같습니다! 세탁기, 건조기, 수건 등등 다 있습니다. 위치도 관광 중심지에서는 멀지만 평화롭고 깨끗하며 도보로 이동 가능한 상점들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 숙소 사진에서 잘 보여지지 않았지만 샤워기는 벽에 위쪽에 고정되어 있습니다(물론 방향변경은 가능해요). 그리고 수압이 생각보다 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방문 당시 요리용 오일이나 양념류?들이 잘 갖춰져있지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 부엌 환풍기가 없다보니 요리하다 태우거나 연기가 많이나면 경보가 울려요.(이건 경보기 수건으로 열심히 부채질 해주면 해결 됩니다ㅎㅎ) 덕분에 첫 la 여행을 편안하고 안전하게 즐기다 갔습니다.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Neil's place was accurate to its description and pictures. The area surrounding offered cliff-side views of the marina and a beautiful hiking/ biking trail. It was too cold in April to make use of the community pool, but the home was spotless, very comfortable beds, pillows/ sheets to sink into at the end of the night, and our family made it our own during our stay. There was just one small hiccup, which is that a spare key to the home was left under the front door mat, unbeknownst to us. Probably doesn't ensure safety, but the area seems quiet and safe that no one seemed to bother to visit the doorstep nor pick up the spare key. Also, a blanket neglected in the washing machine reeked. Aside from these two small things, everything else was wonderful, and we would enjoy staying again!

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Came here for a conference, close distance to the convention center. Hugo was extremely gracious in returning an item that was accidentally left behind. He went above and beyond in shipping it back. Easy to work with and helpful. Thank you! Overall a clean, safe space to stay and a wonderful experience.

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Amanda and Andy’s house was a nice spot. It was located in a nice neighborhood and was a good, walkable distance from shopping, food, and entertainment. I also appreciated that check out time was at 12pm which is later than other airbnbs allow. The house is a little old, but seems updated and we only had issues with the bathroom door and shower water pressure.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Absolutely loved my 10 day stay. Great location, amazing rooftop with pool and hot tub views. Everything was clean and comfortable. By day three I already knew I’d be coming back and rebooked the same place. Highly recommend!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
