Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Elissa was very responsive, when we had run out of dish soap and some basic amenities we were able to receive it in a timely manner even though it was last second request. The airbnb was very clean and was accurate as listed.

The place was extremely clean, and well put together! They provided snacks for us, as well as games! The Place was spacious and just right for the amount of guests we had!! The owners were very understanding as well and the location was near everything we wanted to do during our stay!:)

Very quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay! Kim was very responsive, friendly and what a cute, well thought out place to stay. She had excellent instructions, clear check-in procedures and helpful advice on things to do. San Diego was a great time with tons of things to do! Thanks again, Kim! We loved it!

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were fresh and cozy, there was a surplus of pillows, towels, cozy blankets, toilet paper, paper towels literally anything you could need. The kitchen has EVERY SINGLE appliance you need for any situation. The garage comes with an opener which is so incredibly convenient. The patio furniture was so clean crips and comfortable. The grill is easy to use and so accessible. And the best thing about this home was/is the hosts, the most kind and friendly people, the responded within the hour Everytime, there was a response that was thoughtful and always had a solution. Seriously counting the days till we can come back! It is a beautiful family stay, fun little party pad or just a couples relaxation vacation. Best rental in SD

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was ideal, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accommodating — we were even offered an early check-in at no extra cost. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Plenty of room for parking, we loved the fruit trees out front. Inside, the house felt warm and inviting, with a great layout-- my family loved all of the books available to peruse. The views of the hills from both the kitchen and living room were absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was cozy. But the real standout was the backyard. Our dogs had plenty of space to run around, and we really appreciated that the yard was fully fenced for their safety. The pool and spa were fantastic — we spent most of our time outside, soaking up the beautiful weather and enjoying the privacy of the space. We would highly recommend this home to families. We will definitely be back!

It is an amazing place downtown with nearby bars, restaurants, and activities. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations downtown with the expanded 2 unit space for our group to stay and not be cramped while in town for the weekend.

Had an amazing stay. Location was walking distance from everything we wanted to do, very convenient. Ryan is super responsive and a great host!

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Our stay was great!! Having a nice private backyard sitting area was so nice to enjoy. Anything we could have forgotten or needed was there. Very cute place!
