Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Visite el lugar desafortunadamente solo por una noche con mis amigos, Pero afortunadamente maravillosa estancia todo luce exactamente como está en las fotos, la atención fue increíble 1000/1000 mis amigos lo disfrutaron y yo también, la atención del personal encargado fue extremadamente puntual y atentos y todo estaba equipado para recibir la cantidad de personas Máximo muchas gracias por absolutamente todo sin duda volveré!!✨

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

had a great stay, the Jacuzzi was great on hot days. the bedrooms were very well appointed

Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage (auch wenn unser Taxifahrer sie nicht auf Anhieb gefunden hat). Das Haus ist innen sehr schön gestaltet, die Schlafzimmer sind allerdings etwas dunkel, da es nur Nachttischlampen gibt. Der Garten und die übrigen Räume sind äußerst ansprechend und laden zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann es bis etwa 23 Uhr etwas lauter sein. Trotzdem kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente (aunque nuestro taxista no lo encontró de inmediato). La casa por dentro es muy bonita, aunque los dormitorios son un poco oscuros ya que solo hay lámparas de mesa. El jardín y los espacios comunes son muy agradables. Por la noche, a veces hay ruido hasta las 11 pm. ¡Aun así, recomendaría mucho este alojamiento!

Nos encantó el apartamento, todo estaba perfecto, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Todo lo que pudimos necesitar estaba disponible. Contacto directo con Luis Carlos de manera rápida y disposición al 100%. Comodidad y tranquilidad era lo que estábamos buscando. Con planes de volver, sin duda! Lo recomendamos con los ojos cerrados!

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for everything you needed for cooking. We will be staying there again

Edwin is the host with the most, Airbnb was listed as described and nailed it. Within walking distance of Boca Chica Bleach and restaurants, supermarket, colmado and varies business, because convenience is key. Only recommendation, blackout curtains for the morning when the sun stays to rise. Thanks for your hospitality.

4 th time staying at this wonderful place. has updated appliances . air fryer. toaster . cooking stove was great. super comfortable beds. has all the utensils you would need to cook a great meal. wifi is excellent and the smart TV works great . bathrooms are updated and clean. the grounds are beautiful with great landscaping and the new pool is unbelievable. they did a great on the design. I love this place. fausto and Mildred are the best hosts . checked in often and I appreciate you guys and can't wait to come back again!! thanks guys

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
