Kaz welcomed me very nice and friendly, he even came to pick me up from the metro station. Beautiful shrine next to the place with Kyoto views from above and some Sakura trees as well. The flat is big enough, but might be a bit tricky for tall people. Location far away from most tourist places, therefore really authentic experience. Thank you Kaz!

교토시를 여행하는 관광객에게 교토시의 유명 관광지를 방문하는 위치로서의 이 숙소는 너무 완벽함! 또한 교토시의 중심 번화가인 Kawaramachi 거리와 Kamo강이 바로 옆이기에 관광이후에도 쇼핑과 맛집탐방, 그리고 산책하는 즐거움도 기억에 크게 남음. 숙소의 크기는 셋까지는 가능하나 성인 3명에게는 조금 비좁을 수 있음. 종합적으로 가격과 위치 모두 고려했을때 추천할만한 숙소로 다시 교토를 방문한다면 꼭 머물고 싶은 숙소임!

The flat is spacious. We have 2 large suitcases and can open it fully. The location is near the station, just 5 mins walk. It’s easy to find and check-in. The hosts also recommended us places to eat in Osaka. Highly recommend this.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was in order and clean. The area is quiet and walkable. There is a park in a walking distance and place for a workout.

The place was exactly as described. It was very close to the shin-Osaka station and very clean as a studio apartment with 2 separate beds. It also had a nice view on the 9th floor but the neighborhood was almost too quiet. Very little commercial activity on that side of the train station. But very easy to travel to the more fun areas.

This was one of our favourite Airbnb stays. To find a 46 sq m apartment in Kyoto during sakura season is amazing! Everything was so spacious and comfortable - exactly as described and identical to the photos on the website. Easily walkable to the metro and buses for sightseeing plus it is surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and bars for eating. It was very quiet during the night so perfect for sleeping. May is a brilliant communicator, every aspect of our stay from check in to check out was clearly shared with us. Highly recommended as an option for Kyoto.

sistemazione conveniente vicino ad una stravince dalla quale si possono velocemente raggiungere tutte le città del Giappone. l'appartamento è un po' datato, molto piccolo ma sufficiente per una persona, la doccia per una persona alta è difficoltosa. l'unico punto molto negativo non spiegato bene nelle caratteristiche è il fatto che si trova al quinto piano, con una scala molto stretta e ripida,senza ascensore. con quattro valigie di cui due pesanti ho fatto molta fatica

My husband and I stayed for three nights in this apartment and it was a great choice for our time in Kyoto. We loved the location on a quiet street that was an easy walk to public transit and the Nishiki Market. The kitchenette worked well for making very light meals. Wifi was consistent. Sugimoto communicated well and allowed us to drop off our big luggage a couple hours prior to the check in time, which we appreciated.

Hermoso lugar ubicado en una zona tranquila y céntrica enfrente de una encantadora plaza, donde se puede ver el día a día de la población local. Cerca de medios de transporte. La atención de la madre del anfitrión es excelente te recibe con una sonrisa y te saca plática. Recomendado!

The locations in good close to bout train stations. With few good attractions nearby. As well as east access to buses. The room I stayed in was small, however, big enough for one person. Was clean and included everything needed. The thing I really appreciate was an iron. Which is rather rarity if is coming to Japanese apartment's equipment. The kitchen wasn't actually a kitchen just unit in a passage but it didn't bother me as I don't cook on holiday.

הדירה נקיה, נוחה מאד ומאובזרת, מקלחת ושירותים איכותיים, מיטה מפנקת, המטבח מתאים בעיקר לארוחות קלות. אפריל היא מארחת נהדרת, קיבלה בחום את פנינו, היתה תמיד זמינה והגיבה במהירות ובנדיבות לכל בקשה, טיפלה בכביסה ובשילוח המזוודות ביעילות ואף פינקה במאפינס שאפתה. הדירה ממוקמת קרוב לתחנת המטרו ובמרחק כ 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת קיוטו. נהנינו מאד מהדירה ומהאירוח ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.

Mayumi was there when we arrived, was incredibly accommodating and a real pleasure to speak with. She showed us everything in the house and gave us excellent recommendations. She even helped me planned my proposal (secretly) as I need helped navigating the crowds in Kyoto! The unit was wonderful and very much a true Japanese experience compared to a western-style hotel. It was nothing flashy, but had all the modern comforts. There was even an option for doubling up the bedding to provide more comfort for those more accustomed to softer, deeper beds. The balcony was beautiful and relaxing in the mornings. There is a somewhat busy street across from the balcony that hosts ryokans and restaurants, but nowhere as busy or intrusive as the Kawaramachi area (conveniently) just up the block. Just be aware during the day, that there is a some foot traffic 20 feet away if you keep the doors open, it peaks early evening and is empty by night so you can sleep peacefully.

Lovely place well located in Osaka. Great local bakery in the r market and a 7-11 just around the corner. Nice little touches in the property and good sized bedrooms and kitchen/lounge area. Would highly recommend!

I love the place I was at, everything was so near and easy to find. The host did a great job checking me in and out. Was there for a whole month so it felt like home and was so comfortable. I highly recommend for a ling stay because everything you need is near by.

The place was very tidy and easy to find. The host was proactive and helpful with messaging. He made sure in advance that we would be able to find the airbnb. The location is near the exclusively domestic Osaka airport. If I ever need to stay in this area of Osaka again, then I will book again.

Great spot - very clean and pleasant, with nice design; would recommend. Typical Japan-sized space, consisting of one room for sleeping/relaxing, a small kitchen and laundry in a closet, a bathroom, and the outdoor bath/shower room. The bath tub is Japan-sized as well - not a US tub length, but shorter. Nice and deep though! The unit is up two sets of narrow stairs; this is also typical for Japan.

Definitely enough space for 1-2 people. I like that it had an elevator since I’m carrying way too much. Area is really close to two stores - market and grocery store. The grocery store across the street has more variety and better prices than the market near the station. Station is a 3 min walk and you can get to lots of areas without having to transfer. It was a bit pricey but I think most areas in Kyoto might be.

Had a great 5 days stay at this airbnb, very spacious as compared to airbnbs and hotel rooms in japan,clean and comfortable.

great place to stay for 2 people. the bunk beds save space and the rest of the unit is good. washroom was good size, with heated cooled and ventilation fan. washing machine is a bit hard to use but definetly wash and then dry your clothes in the shower area. luggage drop is super convenient, as they will put the luggage in your room when it is ready. we dropped it off and went about our day not missing a beat in the travel.

Bathroom was stunning, adminities- high tech, and the whole place was such a vibe. host was very responsive. my only wish is that we could have stayed for more than one night! So walkable to local bars and entertainment. could not have asked for a safer and convenient location! I would stay again.
