Beautiful view from almost every room, inside is very modern , solar but also Eskom electricity on those rainy days made a big difference. Clean rooms and bathrooms Private and very safe area Few nice hikes inside the estate easily accessed from the house which was great fun Thank you for a lovely stay

We immediately felt right at home as we walked in! The place was just beautiful, spacious and felt like we were on some tropical island. Loved the open plan bedrooms leading onto the pool deck, which was our main hang out area. Kitchen fully equipped! We did alot of cooking and we had everything available. Gas braai perfect for no fuss quick dinners. Dorkus greeted us like family and made us feel super welcome to the home! She was such a star and spoilt us helping clean after we cooked etc. Felt like a hotel! We were very well looked after! Thank you! We definitely will be back! Our new go to for the future holidays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures didn’t do the house justice. Palm trees, sea views, huge garden, lovely comfy beds in all the rooms, immaculately clean. Stewart and Milward on hand to clean all day every day - what a treat! It’s an easy walk down to the beach and an even easier walk to both the fabulous bakery The Local for fresh bread, apple crumble and other treats and the new Padel courts! We loved our curry from Nirvana who lives just a couple of doors down too. Our kids played long snooker tournaments. There were lots of different tables and break out areas to chill and find space. Good internet connection. Highly recommend to any large group wanting a fantastic beach house.

An absolute gem, perfect for families. short walk to the beach with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fiki the helper is lovely.

Our family of six enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Vicki's place. The house had everything we needed, the view was amazing (dolphins, whales, birds), Vicki was always responsive, and the three minute walk to the beach directly down from the house was perfect. It's a 10 minute beach walk down to the official Umzumbe Beach with its lifeguards/amenities/surfers. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We saw joggers and people walking their dogs, and we always felt quite safe. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We utilized Regina the helper one day and she was great. As we're not used to setting/disarming alarms, we struggled a bit with the alarm system, but we eventually got the hang of it. We experienced load shedding one evening, but with the propane/gas oven and all of the candles plus large flashlights available, this was actually enjoyable. We plan to return!

A little gem. The accomodation beeing spacious , clean , perfect private setting . Tucked away yet close to it all . Wish i could spend longer at the property . will surely return . The host was brilliant , responding almost instant . If you dont book here u surely missing out on a great experience . suggestion JP maybe a reading lamp in the second room .

Place was exactly as it was shown on the picture. Very clean and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay.

Nikky and Tom were extremely helpful and very responsive even from before we arrived. Weeks before we arrived they offered us to spend time at the pool area if we arrived early. On the day they called to say we can do an early check in which was great especially after a long trip. From the time we arrived they immediately came out to help. We had a 5 foot trailer which Tom was so kind to help push into the parking area. Pool and 24hr Heated Jacuzzi was sparkling. The family spent hours in there. Nikky and Tom take great care of their home and their guests. Thank you for being excellent hosts and a memorable stay.

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

The place was quiet spacious and very nice with a beautiful view of the city. The host was very friendly . The location is next to a lot of trendy restaurants which are a walkable distance from the place.

A wonderful space as a base or just to relax in. Such lovely hosts. I’d stay there again.

Loved Dawn's apartment... tastefully decorated, incredible view. Had everything we needed. Just very sad we were only staying one night. Dawn was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The apartment location was great with easy access to the beach. Apartment was very clean and neat - enjoyed our stay. The only downside of the apartment are the stairs - there are two flight of stairs - one as you enter to get to the kitchen and living room and the second to get to the bedrooms. Stairs we very narrow, not suitable for the elderly an a mission to carry up all our things

I had a great time with my mother. The place was easy to find, we enjoyed our stay and the view is absolutely amazing. I am a Durbanite, but I haven’t lived home in over 12 years so it was nice to take out my mom for her 64th birthday and enjoy this lovely home as our vacation home. It was sad to leave and I wish I booked more days, we will be returning on another family vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Ryan's place. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment is in a private corner with all the amenities you could ever need! Everything was beautiful and comfy. Would highly recommend. Ryan is an amazing host and we'll definitely visit again.

Wow wow!! Myself and my family had a very nice stay at Trish’s place. Everything was wonderful from check in she welcomed us to her warm Home made sure we understood the surroundings all her instructions clear and simple. The place was much better than the photos, beautiful scenery nice and spacious for the whole family to enjoy. A stone throw away from the beach which the kids loved very much. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
