We had a truly unforgettable stay at this beautiful home in Ålvik. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in nature with breathtaking views of the fjord and mountains all around. It was the perfect peaceful retreat to unwind and soak in the beauty of Norway. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. The surrounding area is ideal for scenic walks, and it’s a great base for exploring Hardanger and beyond. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We traveled with our baby and felt completely at ease here, quiet, safe, and family-friendly. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Norwegian experience

Our stay was fantastic! Nils and Anita were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsible hosts. The view of the fjords was breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the surroundings made it even more special. We truly appreciated the serenity and beauty of the location. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a very nice stay at the house. The host is a very friendly woman and we felt very welcomed. The area is breathtaking and the house has the perfect view over the water and the beautiful nature of Norway.

Vi er veldig fornøyde med ferien i dette huset. Eiere var veldig hjelpsomme. Vi hadde ikke grillkull, så de ga oss sitt eget. De respekterte vårt privatliv. Vi følte oss som hjemme. Kjøleskapet er stort, og det finnes i tillegg to frysere. Man kan ha så mye mat man ønsker, for det er nok plass til å oppbevare det. Utsikten til fjellene fra alle vinduer er fantastisk. Rett og slett et ideelt sted.

Vi besøkte dette vakre stedet med vår 2 år gamle datter. Helt supert for oss! Huset har nydelig utsikt og ligger godt skjermet. Bra fasiliteter og et godt utgangspunkt for fjellturer og andre aktiviteter for store og små. Skinnende rent og ryddig. Gro og Øystein er supre verter som gir det lille ekstra for en god opplevelse. We really enjoyed our stay at Torill’s place. The place was so cute, clean and had a warm and authentic feel as soon as we walked into the apartment. We truly felt as though we nestled in a chateu surrounded by the most beautiful nature we have ever seen! There was so much to do for kids.. the Hike was spectacular and both kids loved it ) Voss centre is also easy to get to by car, so we had the best of both worlds… Torill was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly. We can’t wait to come back again!

Koselig liten leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet. Hyggelig vertskap som var hjelpsom og fleksibel med inn- og utsjekk. Vi bodde der bare én natt, men med den vakre utsikten kunne vi fint ha bodd der flere.

We stayed at the apartment for four nights and truly enjoyed our time in Herand. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. Communication with Gunnar and Reidun was excellent, and they provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations for day trips and breathtaking hikes just around the corner. Our personal highlight was enjoying the stunning views from the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee.

Logement facile à trouver, nous sommes venu de Jondal. Logement propre, serviettes et draps sont a notre disposition. Le parc national de Bondhusdalen est a 10 minutes en voiture. Les randonnées sont top a faire quand il n'y a pas une grosse cascade sur votre chemin. Grosse randonnée difficile pour monter au mont Fobmnnabu mais ça vaut le coup.

Heureusement que la météo était bonne pour profiter de cette superbe terrasse bien aménagée avec une vue magnifique! Grand appartement moderne avec 3 belles chambres et cuisine tres bien aménagée. Dommage que le salon soit sans fenêtre et ne donne pas sur l'extérieur; mais nous avons bien profité de l'extérieur! Hôte très gentil! Je recommande +++

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die exakt den Fotos enspricht. Alles sauber und ein sehr warmer Empfang. Marie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, sollte man schon mobil sein und 30 Min Fahrt einplanen🚗 norheimsund und die Sauna in Bjørkheim haben uns sehr gut gefallen oder auch der Fabrikverkauf von Dale of Norway. Auch kann man den Steinsdalvossen gut besichtigen oder den Vikedalshebbet. Hinter dem Haus geht der Wanderweg los und führt einen direkt steil in die Berge hoch. Ein toller Ausblick und eine super Küche mit viel Arbeitsfläche und der Ofen sorgen dafür, dass man wunschlos glücklich ist und sofort den Alltag vergisst😊

If you want to stay in this accommodation, you'll need a car since it's quite far from the city. The natural surrounding is really calming and a small balcony was perfect for admiring it. The apartment was equipped exceptionally, especially the kitchen, and with 8 people there it was handy. Thanks for your hospitality, Hilde Marie!

Flott leilighet med to soverom, stort bad samt et lite toalett rom. Veldig flott innredning! Vi fikk en enkel seng i tillegg, for å unngå to i et soverom med dobbeltseng (jobbreise, 3 mann) Veldig greit med parkering rett på utsiden (men ikke tilgjengelig på dagtid) Fungerte finfint for oss dette!

Fin, koselig leilighet rett ved Røldal skisenter og Røldal Terrassen. Vi hadde et kort opphold, og hadde alt vi trengte til en vellykket dag på bakken. Godt utstyrt kjøkken, koselige omgivelser og hjelpsomme verter. Vil gjerne komme tilbake ❄️👋

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Roxana! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage einfach traumhaft. Roxana war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr aufmerksam und unglaublich herzlich – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders ihre Flexibilität und ihre offene Art haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können sie als Gastgeberin absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. This was a great little flat- well decorated and comfy and perfect for 2. We were skiing in Voss but had come on the train from Bergen and the flat was literally 5minutes from the train station and gondola. We asked if we could leave our bags at the flat to go out skiing before check in time of 5pm and she was really accommodating . We loved Voss and will be back for sure.
