We had a pleasant stay at Srinivas’s place.. House was well maintained.. Care takers were present nearby and were very polite and helpful.. Overall we had a memorable stay..

This place is nice. Go there. The house is literally at the beach and since we are swimmers / bathers and sea-lovers that is something very special. The local fishermens village is nice and people are friendly. You can watch the boats arrive with freshly caught fish. Guna - the caretaker - and his family are great hosts, helpful and gave us good advice. The only obvious downside is the distance to Mahabalipuram (approx 18 km) where we went tvice to cover the incredible sights in there.

Awesome spot for a quick getaway! Highly recommend going with your buddies. The place is neat, calm, and has a beautiful minimalist vibe. The staff were super professional, and the host went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Loved the experience.

Lovely place! Well maintained and offers privacy. Kitchen has everything you need to make a quick meal. Adding a microwave would do wonders. Furniture is perfect and well placed. Private swimming pool away from eyes, good for shy people. However, could have been cleaned better. Definitely not bad but can be better. TV has streaming apps. Rithika is courteous and approachable! Gatekeepers are also nice and have a cute dog. Overall: Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Should you ever think of upgrading : A bigger BBQ set Microwave

Staying at Luckshan’s property was an absolute delight! The location was unbeatable—situated perfectly between Auroville and Pondicherry, making it so easy to experience the best of both worlds. We loved switching between Auroville’s tranquil vibes and Pondicherry’s vibrant energy without hassle. The property itself was a peaceful haven. One of the highlights was the lovely front yard-it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and such a joy to spend time in. Our dogs loved running around and playing there! It was heartwarming to see them so happy and free. What made our stay even more memorable was Luckshan’s outstanding hospitality. He reached out to confirm our arrival time and ensured everything was perfectly set up. His thoughtful and attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place perfectly between Auroville and Pondicherry, this is it. We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Luckshan, for an amazing stay! :)

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future....
