After 2 weeks of volunteering, this accommodation was great to come down and relax. The location was really great and Barbara was always on hand to help with recommendations, a bajaji etc. needed. It was a great end to our time in Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse, die bei Flut nur einen Sprung vom Indischen Ozean entfernt ist, ist einzigartig. Wir haben in Jambiani keine andere Unterkunft gesehen, die solch einen privaten Zugang zum Meer bietet. Bei Ebbe kann man sich immer noch in den vorhandenen Whirlpool legen😎 Es gab in den zehn Tagen, die wir vor Ort waren zweimal Stromausfall, dies wurde aber umgehend durch ein Stromaggregat aufgefangen. Hakuna matata! Was unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat war Barau, der Manager vor Ort. Er wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, ist immer erreichbar und ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und hilft zuverlässig dabei alle Arten von Touren, ob zu Land oder zu Wasser zu organisieren. Außerdem bieten Barau und seine Frau Zuhura sehr gutes authentisches Essen zu absolut erschwinglichen Preisen an. Also unbedingt ausprobieren!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour Raphael. La maison est magnifique, elle est conforme à la description. Elle est très bien entretenue, il y a des arbres fruitiers et des bougainviller sur la propriété et c'est magnifique La maison est équipé de tout ce qui vous sera nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. La piscine est grande et propre, nous en profitions en fin d'après midi après être revenu de la plage (1 min à pied) Issa le gardien est un homme gentil, efficace et en qui l'on peut avoir confiance. Raphael est un hôte exceptionnel, il a répondu promptement à nos nombreuses sollicitation avec toujours un mots gentil et le sourire dans sa voix. Nous espérons le rencontrer un jour et il est certain que nous reviendrons chez lui. Allez y les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Theresia. Tout était parfait de notre arrivée à notre départ. Je recommande a 100% ce logement

If you’re looking for a private beach with white sand and security, this villa is ideal for you. I travel frequently and often book Airbnbs, but this villa truly stands out as the best. It’s incredibly beautiful. The guards, the host, and the staff have all been exceptional. It has exceeded my initial expectations. Calister and her team have been incredibly helpful with everything. The attention to detail and the level of service here make it a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway. I’m definitely re booking once I visit Zanzibar again.

Wenn du im lebhaften Sansibar eine stille Oase sucht, bist du hier genau richtig. Ein privater Strand und unverbaubare Seesicht in alle Richtungen und von überall auf dem Grundstück. Ein gutes individuelles Frühstück, Abend und Mittagessen. Frisches Obst (So viel Passionsfrüchte wie man essen kann) und eine gut eingerichtete Minibar im Kühlschrank. Freundliche und Prompte Antworten und Erfüllung der Wünsche. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Me and 7 other friends stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. We were a bit skeptical about not having a swimming pool, but a 1 minute walk by the beach and you can find Bahari which is great for food and The Loop which is great for swimming in pool (its free). We made an agreement to when the maids were supposed to clean wich was also great for those who like to sleep long. We had some difficulty finding the villa since we used our own driver, so I would recommend using the villas driver or set your google maps to Bahari Pizza Resturant to get there safely with your own driver. Overall the stay was great with a 10 minute drive to Paje city center, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar:)

Tashina and Tim are very nice, helpful, lovely people. Whole place looks like described and showed in photos. Contact with host 24/7 is very helpful. They also provide transfer from airport. I would recommend this place because of privatness, very good service and clean. Pool is also very good in hot days :)

La propriété est propre et bien équipée. - Micro-ondes,airfryer. Le personnel est très accueillant, la maison se trouve à 5 minutes de la plage et à 10 minutes en voiture de paje pour faire nos courses. Les panneaux solaires sont un réel plus, aucune coupures de courant. C’est un endroit calme, sécurité et reposant avec une belle piscine et des transats pour se détendre Arnaud et Eddie étaient toujours là pour nous, ils ont organisé nos transfert de l’aéroport et des diverses excursions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !!

OUTSTANDING. We have been living in Tanzania for 3 months in Dar Es Salaam before coming to Paje Beach Apartments, so we are already acclimated to the country. This place far exceeded our expectations on every level. Lynette at the front desk and the entire staff made this place the most amazing place to stay ever. Seriously. Tanzania can be hit and miss when it comes to AirBnB accommodations, but this place stands out in every single category, especially cleanliness and overall value. I would , however, encourage you to walk the beach to look for food options after eating at Abel's place because the food gets even better as you begin to explore the beachfront. This is one of the few places in Tanzania where I would say the pictures don't even do it justice. It's more beautiful in person. They have only like 6 apartments and then a few single rooms, so the entire place is not that big and you get very personal treatment, at least we did. And the STAFF are AMAZING. So super responsive. Very warm and friendly. Our 5 year old made so many friends with the staff here and they are very professional. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be back.

We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The place is quiet, it’s like a little oasis. Raluca and Lee are very good hosts! The breakfast that we enjoyed every morning was by far the best we had and also the curry was absolutely delicious. We can definitely recommend staying with them.

Thomas war so liebevoll, nett und immer erreichbar. Saleh als Housekeeper ebenso und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist jedem zu empfehlen. Ein ausreichender Pool, Küche mit allem was man braucht und zu Fuß erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großes Lob und wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️ Lieber Thomas, danke für alles

Toller Resort aus ca. 5 Villen. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Echt paradiesisch. Würde sofort wiederkommen. Der Service ist auch perfekt. 2 Mahlzeiten am Tag (hatten Halbpension). Bedienung immer verfügbar, tolles Essen mit viel Abwechslung. Die Managerin geht bestens auf die eigenen Wünsche ein und kann bei der Planung des Urlaubes auf der Insel super helfen. Einziger Nachteil: das Meer ist bei Ebbe einige 100 meter weg und man muss etwas laufen bis man am Wasser ist. Bei Flut ist das Wasser jedoch direkt vor der Tür. Also Strände hab ich schon schönere gesehen, aber die Villa und das "drum herum" machen das problemlos wieder wett! Absolute Empfehlung.

Amazing location with endless beachfront right out the front door. Tons of restaurants within a short walk. Pool was amazing, cleaning crew was super great, and cleaned multiple times a day. Included breakfasts were amazing, but we didn’t pay extra to eat lunch or dinner there, since almost all other nearby locations were cheaper.

Jeg vil helt klart anbefale dette sted til dem der gerne vil holde ferie masser af ro og samtidig have mulighed for at bade, spille spil på stranden og hygge sig med en pool. Der er virkelig god service stemningen af dig og folk er virkelig søde. Vi skal i hvert fald helt sikkert tilbage en dag!

As our first time traveling abroad, we felt right at home at The Zanzibar Beach House (which made saying goodbye so hard.) We were blown away with the views, the amazing self-catering unit to cook our own foods (to stay within our budget) and the help we received from the hosts were great! We will miss this piece of paradise 🏝 and we only wish for everyone else planning their trip to Zanzibar to take our advise and book the stay at the unique Zanzibar Beach House! We hope to be back soon! 🇹🇿

Geweldige locatie aan het strand! Fijn, ruim huis. Heerlijk ontbijt dat wordt verzorgd door Fatima, en gastheer Haji -spreekt Engels- is altijd in de buurt voor informatie en hulp. Hij geeft ook goed kitesurf-les! Communicatie met Anne is heel makkelijk en snel. Het huis ligt pal naast Blue Reef - restaurant/lodge/sportschool- waar we heerlijk gegeten hebben. Lokale bewoners zijn dichtbij. Lopen de tuin in om afval op te halen of vragen of je verse kokosnoten wil. Daar zijn wij dol op. Houd rekening met verkopers op het strand. Wij liepen rustig door en zeiden thanks but no thanks. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Beste huis in Jambiani volgens ons.
