One of the best properties visited in recent time s with family. Well maintained , spacious living , rooms and garden. Again will visit the same place in brahmawar.

Ajay is a nice host and the Big Pineapple Estate stayed true to its description. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, nestled in a pineapple farm. Ajay's parents were also very supportive and helpful. Swimming pool is a huge bonus. Rooms were clean. Surely a place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.

A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an absolutely stunning view—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the warm hospitality extended by Rajendra Sir and his wonderful family. They made me feel completely at home and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The home-cooked meals were absolutely amazing – delicious, fresh, and filled with love. Badamane Jungle Homestay is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it to nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind in a welcoming and serene environment. This was the first time i decided to AirBnB my stay in Udupi (usually stay at 4 star hotels or temple rooms). Since this was a family of 4 adults and 1 kid,there were different expectations to be met (kid wanted beach access,aged parents wanted peaceful surroundings,I wanted easy Tempe access and to everything). I saw Pravin's listing and instinctively felt it would be right since the Villa photos and description looked natural. From the moment i booked until I checked out,Pravin was pro-active,highly responsive to my silly queries and one step ahead in ensuring that my needs were met. At this price ,i do not think I could have got all the 4star hotel facilities in Udupi or nearby areas that Pradnya Villa offers. I was able to have an enjoyable,memorable trip simply because the most important aspect of travel -accomodation was taken care of by Pravin's Villa . i am definitely going to be booking Pradnya Villa on every Udupi visit because of the warmth of Pravin's Udupi culture offered

My first homsetay on AirBnB. Beautiful place, great surroundings, caretaker available at beck and call. clean, hygienic room. Got contacted by owner and caretaker beforehand, felt welcome. Big spacious rooms with cubboards, beautiful interiors with big kitchen. Premises filled with a Tulsi plant, beautiful flowers around. Great mount of light in the house. Small puja room in the house as well. overall a happy feel good, felt right at home experience there. Owner asked not to eat non veg inside the house, least we could do for him is abide by the simple rules. Great host, great place, great caretaker.
