CJ's farm stay is a comfortable lil setting perfect for a small group of friends or family. We reached quite late in the evening for our check in so it was very sweet of CJ to allow us a late check out the next day. The caretaker of the farm stay, Mr Nijeesh was quite welcoming without being intrusive. The property itself was quite clean and comfortable and well maintained.

Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. He also recommended few of the tourists spots we could visit nearby which really helped us. Thank you for hosting us Emil..!! It was a great stay..!!

Nice stay, food options are budget friendly. Location is superb and care taker are too good in their service.

Loved it. Surrounded by lush green hills, a private BnB with all the facilities. Loved the view from the balcony and the cool breeze. The rooms were clean and cozy. The whole place felt warm. Main market is a bit far away (10mins drive), but hey, if we wanted loud market sounds, would have stayed in Delhi. Overall 4.5/5. Would recommend.

Me and my friends were on cloud 9. I found the exact room that matched with all my friends expectations. And that everything we needed. The whole place was awesome, It had an exciting view. And that was something I wanted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warmth and charm that made me feel instantly at ease. The location was superb. Nestled in a picturesque neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. Food was exceptional. Communication with the host was seamless throughout my stay. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and even transportation options, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the infinity pool. It was a dream to just lay in the pool and get lost in the views. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It is an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a comfortable stay.

Emmanuel's place is a designer outhouse overlooking a 200 year old Keralan family home. It was renovated by his sister who is an Architect. We were given a tour of the main house and you can see the beauty in the architecture and antique furniture. The outhouse however could use some maintenance done to it to revive the place to it's former glory as it's a beautiful and spacious homestay. Emmanuel went beyond by setting a kitchen space for us which was useful. We had the pleasure of meeting his mum, Rani who cooked us the best meals we've had in Kerala. It was so homely and you can see her passion in the food... she also made a kaftan for my husband... reasonably charged for something bespoke and something to remember our stay by. Emmanuel is an ambitious young man whom you can have good conversations with... we had hours of chats with both of them and felt right at home so we extended our stay. There are good cafe/ restaurants nearby and Emmanuel negotiated a scooter for us.

We had a wonderful time together as a family which was our main agenda rather than sightseeing, and the house was ideal for our needs. It had a designated area for grilling, and the staff were very helpful in arranging everything for us. The house itself was beautiful, with excellent amenities. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the caretaker was available to prepare it upon request. Since we decided to eat out, we didn’t opt for that service. However, while the house was lovely, the location felt like an average residential area, though the light breeze and pleasant climate added a nice touch to the overall experience.

highly recommended for family and bachelor groups.. roads are decent... from the balcony we had seen deer , wild pigs and many herbivorous animals including big wild squirrels.. property is nearby thekkady boating... very tasty food and host is very helpful... we will comeback soon for a longer stay.. property is very safe at the border of the jungle...

Our experience at Anumole and Joshy's Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. Right from the start, they made us feel incredibly welcome, providing all the necessary information about the place and local area. The house was a delight - clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The cozy living room, fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made our stay very relaxing. Situated in a serene neighborhood, yet close to major attractions, the location was perfect. Anumole and Joshy's excellent communication and dedication to our comfort made our stay exceptional. The Pepper Valley was everything we had hoped for -a peaceful, secluded retreat, perfect for our family of ten. Perched atop a hill near the Chellarkovil Viewpoint, the location felt almost magical. While many take an early morning jeep safari to catch a glimpse of the sunrise, we simply had to step outside our room to witness the breathtaking view. One of the most unforgettable moments was sipping a warm cup of tea, prepared by the caretakers at 6:30 a.m., while watching the sun rise over the sleepy town of Gudalur. It felt like we were part of a beautifully written novel, witnessing a fictional town slowly coming to life. The off-road 2km drive to the property added a touch of adventure, keeping away unnecessary traffic and making it feel like the entire villa—and the mountain—were just ours to enjoy. At night, the house lit up beautifully, and gathering around a bonfire with a glass of scotch made for the coziest family moments. The property was also kid-friendly with play area.
