Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

This was a stunning place to stay for me and my partner, we loved everything about this place from the view to the restaurant! The staff there are lovely and make you feel right at home, it felt a bit of a shame to leave really, they all go the extra mile to make sure you’re okay and even helped out getting to local places so we could do things! The host was super helpful too, we had a bit of an issue to start with before we got there and the host was really proactive and helped resolve the issue and made sure we were okay we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The room itself was beautiful and comfy, just soo perfect for what we were looking for to make our first stay in Albania one to remember forever! Finally the restaurant was lovely and the traditional food is definitely worth trying, the staff were super helpful and looked after us while eating too! Hopefully we will visit again at some point…

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Unsere Zeit bei Angela war wirklich klasse. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und ist top modern ausgestattet. Nachdem wir angekommen sind war Angela immer für uns da und hat uns viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und Strände in der Umgebung gezeigt. Wenn wir fragen hatten war sie immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!

L’appartamento di Suela è fedele alle foto, in zona tranquilla e soprattutto comodo per chi ha un auto. Suela è davvero una super Host ci ha aiutato dal primo momento rispondendo sempre e organizzando gli spostamenti con il taxi! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Flori‘s Unterkunft. Flori war jederzeit erreichbar und alles hat super funktioniert. Auch die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Von diesem Standpunkt aus konnten wir jeden Tag super Tagestrips unternehmen und so Albanien entdecken. Da wir außerhalb der Saison vor Ort waren, war das Resort überwiegend geschlossen. Ein Restaurant „Triumf 2“ war geöffnet und die Aufbauarbeiten für die Saison haben gerade begonnen (Strand Aufbereitung etc.). Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. :)

Leicht erreichbar, gute Lage in die Stadt und schöne Ausstattung sehr gut gemacht Helga! Es war sehr sauber und würde den Ort empfehlen.

Host was excellent and apartment was as described and was brilliant value! Special thanks to the host for rescuing me in the middle of the night after I got a bit lost 😊 They really went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Durres.

Top Empfehlung 👍 über den Dächern Tiranas.. mit Fahrstuhl. gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt auch in der Gegend ist es nach einer Gewöhnung gut und vertrauenserweckend. Abends sind auch Frauen ailleine unterwegs zu sehen gewesen was uns auch vertrauen in der Gegend geschenkt hat. allgemein ist Tirana neben dem Dieselverbrennerautos mit netten Einwohnern beseelt. Wir empfehlen eine Stadtführung mitzumachen, welche wir einfach z.b. über google gefunden haben. vielen lieben dank an unsere Gastgeber, die wir aber nicht gesehen haben. es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. der Bett ist sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. es haben ein paar kleine Details gefehlt wie zB Spülmaschinen Tabs oder Sachen für den Kamin und der Netflix Account hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Dafür ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und Blitz sauber. die Dachterrasse ist auch super zum Kaffetrinken (man muss aber beachten, dass es keine "richtige" Kaffemaschine gibt sondern ein Mokkakänchen)

Llazar is as cool as his appartment, we were 4 guys, we had a lot of place, we slept very well. The shower is very nice. I can only advise you to choose this flat !

The apartment is a very good size, well-laid out, and the balcony is very spacious. The Wi Fi connection was also very good. The block is very well built, and you don't hear any noises from the neighbours. It is also very quiet in the night. In the daytime, the square is alive and really nice to hang around in. The hosts were flexible and helped accommodate us with additional time at the place as we had hours to kill before we could move on, and one of us had mobility issues, requiring a comfortable to place to wait in.

Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

We spent several days at Vila Bles – and I have to say, this was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The accommodation is simply fantastic. One of the best value Airbnb I’ve been too. Decent location, about half an hour from the centre. So spacious and accommodated to all our needs. Would 100% go again if I was ever in Tirana

We had an incredible time hosting our New Year's get-together at this villa. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for our group. The host was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa's cozy indoor spaces and lovely outdoor areas gave us plenty of room to relax and celebrate. It was the ideal spot to create lasting memories with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special gathering!

WOW! Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf bij Artur! Super fijne communicatie en we werden meteen opgehaald van het vliegveld. Bij aankomst wachtte een heerlijk ontbijt op ons. Het huis zelf was prachtig: rustig, groen en elke avond een zonsondergang als cadeautje. Het zwembad was top, de kids hebben ervan genoten, ook al was het in oktober natuurlijk wat frisser. Na een dag Albanië ontdekken was het heerlijk om even te relaxen aan het zwembad. De kamers waren netjes, bedden lagen heerlijk, en goede stevige kussens. We mochten hun twee auto’s gebruiken, één kon zelfs omgebouwd worden tot 7-zitter—super handig! Enkele bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand (ca. 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (ca. 5 min.) Ook hebben we twee keer een heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad, restaurantwaardig en met hun eigen wijn erbij. Al met al echt een plek waar we zeker terug willen komen. Onze jongste dochter (7) heeft immers een belofte gedaan, we komen graag nog een keer terug! Artur en je vrouw erg bedankt!

Villa très agréable, située à 30 min à pied du centre de Tirana. On a apprécié l’espace, la piscine, le garage privé…Kevin et Taulant ont été très réactifs suite à une panne de Climatisation. Très bons conseils de la part de Kévin concernant les restaurants, le TYMI, par exemple, très bon et déco très originale. Merci encore à Kevin et Taulant. Hervé

Eccellente location. La casa è davvero confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di extra inattesi (ad esempio la cucina era fornitissima anche di tante cose che spesso si dimenticano - sale, pepe, olio, spezie, caffè, zucchero, tovaglioli, alluminio, etc etc). La HOST è stata gentilissima in tutte le fasi del nostro soggiorno, è stato facile e veloce contattarla ed era sempre disponibile. La casa è molto bella, curata ed in una ottima posizione (100 metri dal mare) ed a poca distanza da Tirana e/o dall'aeroporto. La spiaggia è sabbiosa, ben organizzata (ombrelloni, lettini, ristoranti, giochi per bambini, campi da beach volley, etc) ed in un'area chiusa e riservata (guardiano all'ingresso, poche macchine e quindi tranquillità anche per bambini piccoli). La casa infine è attrezzata benissimo per bambini piccoli (lettini, giochi per bambini, scivoli e altalene in giardino e tanti altri gadget per far divertire i più piccoli), sicuramente ideale per chi viaggia con famiglia

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Villa Esmi! Ich habe meinen Geburtstag in der Villa Esmi von Micaela gefeiert und es war einfach sensationell! Die Villa war super sauber und alle unsere Wünsche wurden uns von den Augen abgelesen. Die Dekoration, der DJ und der Privatkoch – alles war perfekt organisiert. Auch der Transfer und die Aktivitäten wurden hervorragend koordiniert. Besonders beeindruckend war die Nachspeisenüberraschung zum Abendessen, die einfach genial war. Ein riesiges DANKE an die liebe Micaela für diesen grenzenlos genialen Aufenthalt zu meinem Geburtstag. Ich kann die Villa Esmi jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen besonderen Anlass feiern möchte. Hier wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt und man fühlt sich rundum wohl und verwöhnt.
