The appartement was newly built, clean and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen. The area was beautiful, we were able to walk to a different beach every day along the paths in the cliffs. Petrovac is a very nice town with lots of restaurants and is very easily accessed from the apartment. Our stay here was so lovely and peaceful I wish we could have stayed longer! The host was extremely accommodating of check in time, as we had a very delayed flight, she was always very responsive and friendly.

Very nice location and a nice host who is always responsive! + sheets smelled so amazing. The music is indeed loud until 1 at night which didnt bother us much but just a thing to know!

The place is very cosy, well designed and maintained, it easy to feel like at home from the first minute. Location is amazing, neighborhood is not noisy, very peaceful. The restaurants, bars, shops are very close (3 min walk). The view is fantastic, the sound of the sea is heard from every room. The building is surrounded by beautiful garden. It is pure joy to walk through it on the way to the beach. Biljana is amazing host. She recommended nice restaurants, was ready to help with taxi. She always has being in contact with us, proactively asking is everything fine.

Sandra was a super hostess. She helped us to help me with my baggage when the delivery guy from the airport came and delivered it to the place and we were not there. She was super nice and I would live there anytime again. Super clean. Close to the beach, nice parking. I can't recommend it more.

Appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer Adriatique. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Le balcon est très agréable pour admirer les couchers du soleil. Il se situe à proximité de Petrovac et de Sveti Stefan en voiture. Nous avons été accueilli par des petits gâteaux dans l’appartement. Je recommande +++

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

We had such a lovely time at Ali’s place. Ali’s whole family was incredibly kind and helpful - they gave us loads of local recommendations, and even some not-so-local ones for our onward journey. The flat was spotless and the view from the balcony was a highlight: peaceful and perfect for chilling in the sun! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ulcinj.

Très belle vue depuis le balcon/terrasse, logement très propre et accueillant. Un petit coin de paradis loin du tumulte des grands hôtels.

Прекрасное расположение, до моря 5 минут, до маркета 2 минуты. В квартире чисто и комфортно.

Ne-am simtit foarte bine la aceasta cazare iar comunicarea cu Ermina a fost excelenta. Este o gazda foarte prietenoasa si receptiva la toate cerintele noastre. Ne-am fi dorit insa ca bucataria sa fie mai bine echipata, avand in vedere ca am si gatit acasa. Cu toate acestea, ne-a placut foarte mult locuinta rezervata si speram sa revenim curand!

Ogólnie mam bardzo dobre wrażenie od pobytu, miejsce znajduje się na górze, więc samochód na pewno nie będzie zbędny, ale nie ma żadnego problemu z zaparkowaniem, polecam😁

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni, vše čisté, s pěkným výhledem a dál od ruchu z centra. Parkování pod domem, částečně ve stinu vždy k dispozici,což by se zdálo jako samozřejmost ale není. Spousta ubytování níže pod námi neměli parkovací místa. Dvě terasy, dalo se i dobře vyvetrat. Hostitelka velmi milá, rychlá komunikace. Děkujeme!!

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Lep stan , prijatan za odmor, konacno smo se naspavali i odmorili. Iako je bilo 35C par dana za redom u stanu je bilo prijatno i uvece smo spavali bez klime. Restoran je u prizemlju zgrade, sa ok cenama, a velika prodavnica i pekara su u blizini oko 5 min hoda. Do plaze mora da se ide kolima, ali je blizu. Mesta za parking uvek ima ispred ulaza.Bazen je veliki i bez guzve sa dostupnim lezaljkama. Stan je potpuno nov pa su u kuhinji nedostajale neke sitne stvari koje ipak znace u spremanju dorucka ili lagane vecere. Takodje mislim i da broj stolica u kuhinji nije adekvatan s obzirom da je stan za 4 odrasle osobe.Domacini su bili jako ljubazni u svakom smislu i rado cemo doci ponovo ukoliko budemo dolazili u Ulcinj.Sve u svemu ostalo je jos samo par sitnih stvari do savrsenog stana i to ce se sigurno vremenom srediti.

The apartment was exactly as described, incredible view both day and night. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Jacuzzi was better than the photos! The apartment was well equipped and the design made it feel luxury and homely. Would definitely recommend!

Magical place! Perfect stay in the apartment, direct private sea access. Great for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, working out, relaxing reading and more. Well equipped kitchen allowed for cooking. We couldn't get enough. Definitely need to come back! Very nice hosts, thanks for everything.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Eine sehr schöne und vor allem großzügige Unterkunft was den Raum betrifft. Die Möbel nicht mehr die neuesten aber dies tut dem ganzen kein Abbruch. Alles war vorhanden und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist 100% weiter zu empfehlen, allerdings nach Möglichkeit mit Auto. Bushaltestelle ist aber vor der 🚪. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir werden sie in positiver Erinnerung behalten.
