The place looks exactly like the photos - which is great. It’s comfortable and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, the fridge keeps things cold, everything operated as expected. There was always a parking space nearby for me. There’s a great coffee shop, Brewha, perfect for a pick up in the morning. The hosts are responsive and understanding. The location is superb. I don’t have anything negative to say and many more positive things I could add but I’m sure I just can’t think of them right now. Next time in town I hope I can stay there again!

Wonderful location right next to the lake! The communication with the host was excellent, and they were very accommodating with last-minute changes. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay! Would definitely visit again if i am in the area!

We have stayed there a few times now. It's nice if you just want to get away from the business of life and and relax at the apartment or close enough to town to go to an event or browse the various shops. It is clean, has everything you could need. It's perfect for us. Katherine is very prompt at responding to any issues or questions that you might have.

A very convenient location and served my needs well. Everything I needed was in the room. I enjoyed having a refrigerator and being able to cook my own meals. The shower was nice and overall the place was clean and tidy. Its obvious that the host put a lot of thought into helping make my stay as easy as possible. I appreciate the effort.

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

We were in town to visit family and the apartment was perfectly located. Clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Make sure you check out the bakery below in the morning!

We loved being able to bring our dogs!! The beds were ULTRA comfy and we got the best sleep!! The kitchen was so very clean and an easy place to prepare a meal! Thanks Houston!

Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

Cassandra is an exceptional host. She was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb is one of the apartments in an older (c1920s) house but it is clean and well maintained. It is an upstairs apartment with an older (therefore steep by modern standards) indoor staircase. If stairs are a problem for you this may not be the roght place, but otherwise I would recommend it highly.

We enjoyed our stay. Sharon sent clear instructions, and we found the space to be comfortable and clean. Nice walkable neighborhood; we walked to the Morris Theater for a concert. This would be an ideal place to stay for a Notre Dame game or visit. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for football weekend with spacious and clean rooms, snacks, and easy Parking. Host is wonderful and communicative 10/10 would stay again.

Had a wonderful experience w/ my sons for the USC v ND game, it is only 2.2 miles from the stadium. The home feels like a home, is comfortable and our host (Barbara) was fantastic and reachable as needed.! Super clean and perfect for a party of five!

Host was very responsive and flexible. She provided extra cookware that I needed and answered every request quickly and positively. The place is set back from the road in a very peaceful setting. I saw lots of wildlife while there in below freezing weather. I stayed warm and comfortable with plenty of streaming to watch while cooking up a storm. I will definitely try to return when in the area!

Faye’s communications and instructions were perfect. The place is in the basement of their home but it’s very private and it’s on a neat river. They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and even gave us a $10 off coupon for a local breakfast place. Highly recommend this place, especially in the summer since it’s on the river.
