Overall, it's a good stay option near pune. The place was clean and maintained well enough. It does need a touch of Wifi, though. Nevertheless, everything else was great. A quant getaway close to the city.

Our stay at Nararshabh's place was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nararshabh went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, starting with picking us up from the airport upon our arrival from the US. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the entire experience. The property itself was excellent — clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near Phoenix mall in Vimannagar was very convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I would highly recommend Nararshabh's place to anyone visiting Pune. We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our stay at Sam's Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. I visited this place with my family and one year old kid and it’s same as shown in pictures. I would highly recommend this place because the host is very responsive and proactive in asking if anything is needed. I stayed here for 2days and I didnt face any problem. The place is very clean and well maintained. Groceries,medical or whatever required are available within walkable distance. And thank you so much as our entire family liked the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary coffee and tea.
