The apartment is situated on the upper floor, and it gets a lot of sunlight. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and museums nearby.

There is no other guests at upper floor during your stay. The Space: Groundfloor: living room /w kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower/wc and hall.

Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.
